Enjoy this 4-minute glance back at some of the Halloween fun times many of us shared at Clark Air Base, Philippines. It was just 18 short months before the massive eruption of Mt. Pinatubo. Of course the new Clark/Air Force City and Subic Bay Special Economic zones now stand glowing after nature's destruction of June, 1991. But let no one say we did not enjoy the scary, extra special pleasures that Paradise in the Pacific and "tricky HOG (Happening On the Green) treats Halloween had to offer...."
