@Leonard M Not much info. They announced it last week, a new studio under 2K Games but they said it will take a few years. Apparently they were making it since 2017 but it got cancelled and now they rebooted it.
These guys have the amazing ability to explain everything and yet explain nothing at all. First playthough: what are they talking about? Second playthrough: my God, they make sense!!
I know how you feel, that had me so confused sometimes in my first play through.

Man I loved the Lutece twins so much. Anytime they showed up in the game I sat on the edge of my seat taking in every word. Their chemistry was some of the best I'd ever seen.
Technically they are the same character, so character of the year award applies to them/him/her as well. That or the VGA's exists in multiple dimensions and are awarded each of them/him/her an award.
That is eluded to in the fact that he has tally marks under US. Signifying they won in multiple dimensions.
I hope to see them again in Burial At Sea part 2!

these guys rule,the most mysterious characters in the game,ones with a big role in the plot and...i simply love,loved and will love them. Voice actors are so underestimated by some people aswell , while many times,they are what brings life to a character and creates their personality. Keep up the good work Irrational games and remember,story comes first!

I'm glad that no one that didn't play the game, at least what from what i can see has said "It's not fair, those are two characters, when the award is for a character, not characters." These characters had no reason to ever help Booker at all, and that's why I voted Trevor.
You didn't understand the story enough then clearly, they did it to undo their help with comstock when they found out what helping him caused to happen (new york under attack).

Just started the second DLC, "Burial At Sea", and it's more the game I wanted in Bioshock:Infinite. I did not really think the game was great at all! I don't understand why people are all over your ass if you don't agree? Anyway, I'm all about Survival/Horror FPS, and any bits of horror & suspense were all but lost on this entry....Sad, I paid a small fortune for all kinds of extras prior to the game's release. I won't be doing that again! Just because it has "Bioshock" as the game title does NOT auto rate a 10/10. I liked the second game better personally, and there's no beating the first, which I'm sure I've played more than most people who own a copy. I am enjoying what little I've played of Burial At Sea Part 1, but did NOT like the first DLC at all....
