I don't see a universe where the Netherlands qualifies.
Speaking of performance, Israel is the most impressive by far! If the vocals are there in the first parts of the song (and Noa is a great vocalist, as we all know!), then it's truly gonna be PHENOMENAL!!! Absolutely stunning!
It's a tough choice between Noa and Alessandra imho
