    I never knew the doing mobility flows in the morning and at night would make such a difference. I do these combined with a humidifier and I feel great! I slept good after doing this. I believe I feel asleep faster!

    This remind me a little bit of the 1st video of this week, because I was super relaxed afterwards, but this time I could combine breathing with stretching exercises. I heard a slightly pop on my shoulders and felt so good, my favorite was the butterfly stretch.

    So looking forward to applying this! I have been committing to better sleep hygiene and just like you said, it's so important to devote proper attention to ourselves and our healing and releasing at the end of each day. Love that this one and the morning mobility can be set up right in bed so that I will hopefully lean less on the excuse of having to be up out of bed and set up a stretching area! Cool tip you shared in your email to use KT or Rock tape over your lips to increase Nitric Oxide circulation for better sleep too. Thank Jen!!

    Loved this Evening Bed Mobility Flow! I don't have problems falling asleep, and I never thought of doing a mobility flow in bed. After finishing the flow, I just wanted to "bask" in a relaxation zone. Imagine my surprise, when I woke up the next morning!

    Good stretches. I sometimes wake up with a tight lower back in the mornings so I do some of these stretches before I get out of bed. I never thought of doing them before going to sleep. Thanks 😊😘

    Perfect bedtime flow! My favorite pose is cat cow flowing through it with my breathe and really opening my upper back where I hold allot of tension usually, thanks for this! 💖

    This has been really relaxing to add to my bedtime routine! I do have to remind myself it is about relaxing and opening, not activating. I think I tend to push my body too hard when I feel areas of tension

    I didn’t make time to move all day yesterday and I was feeling it - these really did help with tension! Also I’ve been practicing your breathing technique whenever I think about it, and it’s been especially helpful lately when I wake up in the middle of the night feeling anxious

    I did a few in bed right now. However I think that's a lot for me to commit to when I'm tired and just want to go to sleep .... But! Great point about paying alot of money on massages...

    I tried these movements last night, thank you. I just go go go until I drop into bed. However lately Insomnia has starting to kick in which I think it's because I knocking on the menopause door😭

      Aw yeah. I hope this helps with that! Especially the last one. Try this - 4 second inhale, 2 second hold, 8 second exhale, 2 second hold. All through the nose.

    Thank you! I been working on good evening routines to help with my sleep (Struggle with waking up in the middle of the night for 6 months). I will be sure to have them. I did the shoulder mobility this morning before my coffee and feel fantastic! For the foam roller passive stretch, how long can I stay in that position? When is it too long to be in a stretch?

      Hi Dee! Yes! I'm so glad that you have been trying everything out! You can stay in this stretch for as long as feels good for your body! If something starts feeling uncomfortable or achy at all. Adjust or come out of the position. It is more about listening to your body!

      @@docjenfit Your channel rocks! But Jen, my only complaint is that even the videos with thumbnail pics of you bare-legged don't feature you bare-legged in the videos. Instead, you're invariably wearing spandex leggings (or whatever they are). You have such gorgeous legs...11 out of a scale of 1 - 10...could ya go bare-legged in a video now and then please? You know, for us fellas. :D
