Just to be clear. I can add all my inputs to the Stream Deck and it shows all my input previews simultaneously?
And also the virtual PTZ preset previews?
This looks awesome. Can someone confirm if I can key a button on the streamdeck to say take "input 7 and set it to overlay 3 and also have that on"?
Is there also a controller for collor correction? The most interesting thing would be to do this with the blackmagic mini panel or is there another piece for controlling the wheels/bars?
When I try to press install on the vMix plugin it does nothing, a loading bar comes up for a split second then it just says install again. I've never had this problem before, for some reason now it wont install. It's the only plugin on the entire plugin list that does that.
I have a scoreboard, when the clock is ticking I want the button to be red, when the clock is still, I want the button to be green. How do I do that?

can you show how youi can set up preview and program keys, where you can press a button to go to preview then hit another button to go to program
Hi, to do this you would select the PreviewInput function in the Shortcuts. Then select the Input you want to preview from the Input Drop-down.
To switch it to Program, you could just set up a button that would use a transition function, and then for the Input, you would select Preview. Whenever this button was pressed it would transition anything from the preview to the program.
How can I add increasing or decreasing numbers to a title I made, i.e I've made a Scoreboard in GT designer and want to use the stream deck to add the goals as they go in, I would imagine its a value formula but cant suss it out

I was just looking at the Stream Deck in Best Buy, I couldn't decide between the 6 or 15. They have the 6 on sale for $69 and the 15 at regular price of $149. However I didn't know that the stream deck could do folders or I would have maybe purchased the 6. Still kinda undecided, right now the 6 seams enough but I would hate to have to get another because I should have gotten the 15.
I must say I was thinking the same, but then I bought the fifteen and still manage to fill them. I also think the 15 allows you to have everything on the first screen rather in folders which I like. Hope this helps.

In the shortcut function list, try selecting the AUDIO function. That will toggle the audio on/off for whatever input you set to that key.

Hi, I'm trying to make a variable mute and unmute button linked to vimix. Manages to activate the function but without changing the display of the button on the elgato stream deck mini. what am I missing?
Hi, if you set up an Activator for the key you could see whether the audio is active. For example you could select the key, Use Default as the event, select StreamDeck as the type and then select a colour. For example you could set the default colour to blue. Then create another activator on the same key, with the Event as Input/Audio, then select the audio input you're toggling the audio for. Then select another colour for the key, for example green. So when the audio is on, it's green and when it's off it will be blue.

Is it possible to set up multiple activators for one button, so green if input is live, else orange if input is in preview, else black. I.e. a three state colour.

I followed the instructions as described, but when I go to settings and "find" nothing happens when I hit a streamdeck key (that has the vmix logo on it) and a yellow ! shows up on the button. What am I missing?

Can the Text on the Button controlled by vMix ? use Case could be counters or any other data. Does the Streamdeck API supports text in general?
