The hand holding is definitely weird. I ain't ever do that with my brother. Whenever they brush against each other, we pull back our hands and call the other queer. It's something we would do as kids and still do sometimes. Sometimes he does grab my shoulders. Sometimes he hugs me but they don't last that long.
To be honest People are just weird and try to see bad in everything. Different People have Different family dynamic. I have 7 brothers and sister and we all have Different dynamic with each other.
