My friend was literally getting sick after sex after she and her husband married. Literal hives but also itching and swelling in her genitals. She thought she had an STI and was about to take him out upon confirmation (I’m only partially joking, since they were both in law enforcement).
Turns out she was allergic to his sperm. They’d always used condoms before they married but wanted kids, so stopped using them. She had to get shots to desensitize her so she could get pregnant; however, the long-term remedy is using condoms.
P.S. They had fraternal twins, a boy and a girl. They’re done she said.
Thank goodness she was able to have kids but I’ve heard of instances where one can be allergic to sperm
Yes - that's true - there is a condition out there where the woman is allergic to her partner's sperm.

In this case, howrver, I think it is a buried Trauma issue - if just LOOKING at it - makes her sick. She needs - if she chooses to go the Christian route:
"Inner Healing and Deliverance" or called "Deep Healing" by some Ministries
Or the none Christian route:
See a Therapist etc who can help with her past / childhood and gently unearth the root of this issue.

In all fairness it looks weird, he did say she has no problem touching or doing the deed, just the sight gives her that reaction. its still early days, give her a few more different ones to look at in that proper love state, she will get over it... As per the lady that gets sick - I am of the opinion it has nothing to do with her boyfriend's private - per se.
I suspect she was s*xually abused as a child and has buried it. 😢
Probably even forgotten, as some do - The mind has a way of protecting itself.🤔
However seeing her boyfriend's private now, triggers what she may have felt as a child - at the thought of what this strange looking object was, coming towards her, doing sickening things, or letting her do something that made her sick or left her feeling sick. 🤔
Shoving it in front of her face now, might do more damage. 😢
If her boyfriend loves her - he can accompany her or encourage her - to see a Therapist / Psychologist/ Psychiatrist etc or if they are Christians she can go receive what is called - "Deep Healing" or "Inner Healing and Deliverance Ministry" and include "Christian Counselling!" as well.
I recognised what may be going on here as I have been used in "Inner Healing" - to set some people free. It is an incredibly, sensitive and rewarding Ministry, where the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth brings true deep healing to the soul and memories.
Word of warning though - She needs to go to the right Therapist/ Psychologist / Psychiatrist etc OR:
If she prefers the Christian route - she needs to also please approach the right Christian Ministry- so things are not made worse. Not all Christian Ministry practice
"Deep Healing" etc. So her Pastor or Priest may give her a strange look if not done in her Church. However there are fantastic Ministries and Churches here in Britain and in America that offer this specific support. All she needs to do is her homework. "Inner Healing" isn't limited to s*xual abuse - it can be issues rooted in Abandonment; Rejection; other Abuse (e.g. Verbal; Physical; Psychological; Corporal punishment; Neglect; Self Neglect; Institutional or Cooperate abuse etc); Bullying; Jealousy; Divorced parents and it's impact on the child or sadly even death of a parent; Fear; Shame; Guilt; Trauma etc, which is now manifesting itself in adulthood either through physical ailments or behavioural issues etc.
