    Wow, that's actually really great. I'm a tinyyy bit jealous, uh here's mine, for a school day, 1 hour exactly:
    1. get dressed
    2. eat breakfast + take meds
    3. watch cartoons/anime
    4. brush my teeth
    5. pack my backpack, if needed
    not as good, but its okay. on weekends, however, my ADHD takes over and I'm a mess 😪😯🕛🕝

    Hey Chloe, didn’t realise you also had POTS! I have just recently been diagnosed with POTS and I am struggling with it at the moment. Curious to know what you do to help your body cope with it (only if you feel happy to share of course)! Would be so interesting to see a video on it!

    I love this! I find the most important routine I have is my morning routine. If that doesn't go well, the rest of the day isn't the best. And I too always make my bed first thing in the morning, it definitely helps!

    So, for myself I'm less of a daily routine, and more so needing routines for specific tasks. If I do make my bed (which I will try to do better at) I will have a specific way to do it and do it the same way each time.
    The way I do my toast is always the same, with OCCASIONAL variation on the spread (butter, jelly or flavored cream cheese). The way I make a sandwich is always the same way... you see where this is going.
    Just, the order the tasks happen isn't as much of a concern (and having ADHD on top of being autistic, sometimes they won't happen... like forgetting to eat all day until I'm almost done with a 6hr evening shift and am feeling sick and getting a headache) as the way I perform the tasks themselves. I will always brush my teeth the same way, use my tongue scraper the same way and, when needed (because it's strong and uncomfortable) do my mouthwash the same way.

    I am in the process of trying to form a morning routine, and it's SO HARD. I'm 28, diagnosed autistic with adhd 6 months ago, and still a complete mess, but I'll look up the app, might help, so thanks for the tip!

    Chloe, I too need to make my bed to feel organized too😃😃!!! I so LOVE your Tree Frog, Evangeline🐸🐸!! Evangeline is so pretty and super cute💚💚!!! I believe that Pets are great to help us feel better. And part of your Morning Routine is Matilda, you adorable, sweetest Doggie to wake you up💖💖😃😃!!! And I also have to take medicine for my medical conditions, but I do so after breakfast because some of my medications have to be taken with food. I can recommend a breakfast treat that is vegan called Brekki. My Boyfriend got me into eating Brekki which is a cup of almond milk, almond butter, oats, chai seeds, flax seeds, and sea salt that tastes like a health pudding and I get mine without sugar, it is delicious🥰🥰 !!! I also like Bauman's apple butter on bread. Bauman's is in the U.S. in Sassamansville, Pa. and you can order their apple butter online from any where all over the world. Bauman's apple butter is vegan and I get the one online without sugar, it is very delicious!! And I never saw Ghost Adventures, but it sounds good!! I like to watch the old reruns of Little House on the Prairie, Brady Bunch, and the old Smurf Cartoons from the 1980sI will have to check out that app for scheduling my Mom's Doctor appointments and my Doctor appointments. And Chloe, I would like to hear how your organize your day in another video, if that is alright. 😃😃💖💖 Thank you Chloe for sharing your Morning Routine😃😃💖💖

    As an autistic and adhd i don’t really like routine much honestly like i get bored easily but without it i just lay around doin nothing. My morning routine usually consists of waking up and spending like ten minutes contemplating why exactly school exists so early in the morning and then me getting ready for school and always being late all the time bcuz i’d much rather do my makeup and look good rather than being on time. I noticed that taking time to put on my makeup and wearing a nice outfit gives me more energy and makes me more confident and productive.

    My morning routine is to wake up and have breakfast (corn flakes topped with yoghurt), take my morning pills, sort out my clothes (not hard as I wear similar clothes everyday), shave, have my shower and brush my teeth. I clean my glasses and do what I need to.

    Making your bed can also work as a transition from "in bed, sleeping/relaxing" to "awake and doing things". Once the bed is made, youre less likely to bundle up again for " just five more minutes".
    (At least these are my assumptions, I never make my bed but I'm gonna try it out after seeing this)

    i never knew why it was so hard for me to start doing tasks or finish them and someone suggested that maybe i have a problem with executive functions so im wiling to try using the app and seeing if itll help me,, most of the time i end up not brushing teeth because its too hard or not eating or just staying in bed until 2 pm :( even if i want to do things my brain is not letting me or it wants to do everything at once and then i get overwhelmed because i dont know what to do first and i end up doing nothing and that makes me feel liek im very lazy :

    Very helpful! AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVED GHOST ADVENTURES!!! I had the hugest crush on Zak Bagans when I was 18! 😂 Morning routines have always been so tough for me. My night routine is okay, but my mornings are complete chaos, I can't seem to organize my brain at all. It just wants coffee and CZcams in the morning! 😂 I definitely need a healthier routine, thank you for the tips, Chloe!

    The hard part for me about having a morning routine is that so many mornings I just can't get myself to wake up and end up sleeping in, thus ruining the routine. Then it's harder to do the next day.

    As a Christian I don’t do “yoga” but I stretch for better posture and I “meditate” on matters throughout the day.

    I only know one Other Australian CZcamsr. Me, I am a free spirit, non-conventional, anti-tradtional. I Dont eat breakfast but, I drink coffe or an energy drink. I dont brush my teeth. I put on my beads, band/tie-die t shirts, long dark pants; in the summertime i wear sandles, shorts, beads, t-shirts, tie-die, band clothing. I do not comb my hair; I leave it as is. I dont wash my face. I get up, take a shower, get dressed, take my medications thats it. Do not check my emails, check my phone. I am beyond comfortable in my own skin. What you get is what you see. It has nothing to do with me being "Autistic". If people dont like it, than tough shit.
