The tonca bag comes with a shoulder strap now in select colors such as black!! I think the change was made sometime in December. ❤

@@Celesta i think dix won cause of how versatile it is!! tonca is mostly a crossbody bag and it seems like the strap is too long for my frame. im petite 5’0!

I love Dix! But it seems like it's hard to put stuff inside? Like the leather is really hard? Or is it only my perception from the video?
Is the opening annoying in the tonca? Does it flap back down when you’re trying to find something?

I like the Tonca more because of the unique design of the bag and I don’t like the zipper and how it’s too structure of the number 10 of getting in and out of the bag for me. I guess because I like to carry a bit more in my bag
I believe the tonca now comes with 2 straps. One to wear as a shoulder bag. Right?

The bag looks great, but Polene quality is so bad!! The Tonca strap came unstitched and the bag fell of my shoulder while I was wearing it. I’ve never had a bag fall apart before, not even old Kate Spade or Tory Burch bags have done this. I do not recommend Polene.
Has Polene improved their disastrous shipping situation and their customer care?
Did you order these bags from their physical store? Have Polene sent them to you to review, or did you happen to purchase them from their online store?
You may be aware of all the poor reviews given over the past few months, sending ppl the wrong order and/or never getting a refund for their purchase!
Before knowing if both of these things have improved I will not be ordering any of their goods, no matter how beautiful they are or how long they've been on my wish list.
I just bought a Polene bag ! The Un nano...so cute! 😍 Package was super good. Bag is beautiful (a bit smaller than what I expected) and I waited only 10 days. So no complain from me! I just recommend it!👍
