I have cyme mini cognac, dix calk , neuf camel, un nano tri colour, huit camel. Love them all, prefer the cyme of all day and think over the regular ❤

I had purchased the numero dix in smooth cognac while vacationing in Paris. The stitching started to come apart on the strap within a month. I experienced excellent customer service. After emailing them pictures of the defect they sent me a sticker to send it in for repair. It was returned to me within a month and I am very happy. Their items are hand made in Ubrique,Spain and are absolutely beautiful pieces of art. Your dix looks beautiful also!

I really enjoyed this video and found it very helpful. I was very hesitant about buying from Polene because of recent reviews which not only cited quality issues but more importantly very poor customer service when trying to resolve those issues.
I understand, I was hesitant myself! They seem to be streching to grow and meet demand... They just launched an automated return service last week... I also called their customer service and barely waited a minute. The lady on the phone was very helpful.
They hopefully are doing the right thing to rectify the damage the recent quality issues have caused to their brand 🤞

Thanks for sharing this collection, especially the vintage *gtdupe* . I might buy a Dior or Fendi bag one day. Love the vintage style. Right now my favorite bag is the LV Pochette Metis reverse shoulder bag! But my LV Speedy 30 Damier Ebene and LV mono GM Neverfull come in second and third. Have a great week!.
Buying luxury bags is the stupidest investment. I personally think it is not worth spending so much money on a bag. It is better to invest in gold. Of course, I also like those big-name bags, but I am reluctant to give up the money, so my bags *gtdupe* are all imitations of
they sent me a defect item and did not accepted return, only repair. As an apology they promised to send a small leather gift -> of course nothing had been sent. Therefore I don’t want to have anything to do with this brand anymore.
Oh I am so sorry to hear… I have heard crazy stories about their customer service… it is so weird to not accept returns, I even wonder if it’s legal to be honest…

I know wealthy women who carry replicas. The main reason they gave is that they just understand the value of money and don't want to spend too much money on bags... so more people choose fashionable *preluxz* bags. However, they do spend a lot of money on fine jewelry and other things.

OMG, the way you show the items! It's almost sexual and definitely very yummy! 🤩 I think they should pay you for such a great advertisement! At this moment, I only own the Dix in Camel, and it's gorgeous (and I got it within a week last month to South Cali, so, great experience), but planning to get more as soon as my finances allow. Great video, thank you.

Which size of cyme is better? Do you think that mini cyme too small for this type of bag?
I think the mini Cyme would look great if you are petite, because the normal size is quite imposing (I am 1,73m to give you an idea of scale from the video).
If you’re rather tall like me, the mini Cyme will have more of an everyday city vibe than the normal Cyme which is more « basket-y/beach »
So it depends on the vibe you want to go for :)

haha the squeakiness of the numero un was the major reason I haven't reached for the bag as much as I should. It is a little peeve of mine, but overtime I've accepted it. Unsure if there is a hack I can use to get rid of that lol
I put the leather conditioner on the sides and the squeaking was gone.

Debo admitir que el diseño de los bolsos es hermoso... Pero me preocupa la calidad del cuero y la impresión de textura, me recuerdan a bolsos de plástico que puede confeccionar Zara. Si bien suelo preferir bolsos de marroquinerias más artesanales, admito que al ser "bonitos" podría darle la oportunidad a Polene... Gracias por la reseña 😊
My pleasure! You will for sure find excellent products, with probably more natural finishes, in artisanal tanneries. You always get more for your money when you're not buying a luxury brand (which is a bit of a paradox 😅)

Ca y est j'ai franchi le pas, je viens de commander le Cyme en noir!! 😃 Ca fait 2 ou 3 ans qu'il me fait envie mais j'ai toujours privilégié d'autres achats plus consequents.
Par contre, j'ai un peu peur car il parait que qualité du cuir a change et est beaucoup moins belle aujourd'hui 😔 C'est surement pour ca que ton No1 t'as déçue.

C'est super décevant, la qualité baisse alors que les prix montent. C'est ma faute de ne pas l'avoir acheté avant xxx
J’espère qu’il te plaira quand tu le recevras! J’ai trouvé que le cuir était bien, surtout le suede a l’intérieur… mais c’est vrai que l’extérieur faisait assez plastique… je ne sais pas si c’est le cuir qui est de mauvaise qualité ou leur « finish » qui est trop lourd…
En tous cas j’espère que tu vas adorer avoir le Cyme dans les mains et que le cuir te plaira!
