I know that it has been a MINUTE since I’ve last posted. I really apologize for being so bad at uploading but it feels good to be back on CZcams! I hope you guys enjoy this rice water remedy to help grow hair faster!
DISCLAIMER: Everyones hair is different. You may grow more, less, or none at all! The key here is PATIENCE. I promise that you will eventually see amazing results! Follow the directions to grow long hair FAST!!!
Rice water has so many great benefits for hair & skin!
- Contains Amino acids to help strengthen hair roots
- Promotes healthy hair growth/thickness
- Restores pH balance
- Contains carbohydrates to condition hair & follicles
Please follow the instructions from the video :)
Can use up to 1-2 times in one week.
Leave mask on for 20 minutes before rinsing off. Leave rice rinse in hair (in shower after shampoo+conditioner) for only a couple minutes and rinse off.

ETA: I don't see how people think you're wearing extensions. There's clearly a uniform wavy texture throughout your hair! You can't fake a naturally occurring texture with extensions. 😂

this whole time ive been throwing away the water after rinsing rice, now i know how to do this. i thought i was the only one who wore a plastic bag like that because shower caps are not big enough for long hair. You're a sweetie. :)
Tip: don’t use sulfates or silicones
Sulfates strip your hair from it’s natural oils and silicones coat your hair and it’s hard to remove the silicone layer making hair growth harder:)

Rice water rinse for hair really works. I have used this for 6 times now and will continue using it. I do this remedy every 4 days (when I wash my hair). And now I'm sharing the results. Hair is much more denser now and feels thick.🤘

It doesn't look fake at all! You have extremely beautiful hair, My girlfriend has hair just like yours, I call it her "crowning glory" she doesn't use rice water but she does use this expensive argan oil crap that comes from trees in Morocco.

Thank you so much for this video! I'm skeptical about a lot of natural remedies but this looked so easy to make, and I mean, look at that hair. I'd try anything for hair like that. Can't hurt to try it, right? I did not expect to have such great results! Once dry, my hair was shiny and silky soft to the touch. Light and bouncy. I can't stop touching it. Neither silicones nor oils or any kind of treatment have been able to do this. Hope to have hair even half as long and gorgeous as yours someday.

Gwendolyn Castanon wow I'm a Gwendolyn too. If your hair is falling out you need to figure out if it is breakage or coming out at the roots. The cause may be something internal like health. To stop shedding boil a pot of black tea or green tea. Let it cool then rinse your hair with it after shampooing with a sulfate free shampoo. Then do a deep conditioner where you leave a moisturizing conditioner on for at least an hour covered with a plastic bag. Try a hair supplement. Also, Ayurveda practices using henna, amla or cassia will stop shedding, strengthen and grow hair. Research use first. Check out Curly Proverbz here on CZcams. She's the best at explaining how to use Ayurveda remedies. She's has tons of videos and sits not to mention gorgeous hair. Hope this helps.
