I'M SO SORRY I MISSED UPLOADING LAST WEEK! I'VE BEEN REALLY BUSY BUT I'M BACK AND I AIN'T GOING GUYS! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH FOR WAITING PATIENTLY!
I'm SO SO SO excited to show you guys this hair growth remedy because I grew 4cm of hair in one week!! Everyones hair is different. You may grow 4 cm or none at all! The key here is PATIENCE. I promise that you will eventually see amazing results! Follow the directions to grow long hair FAST!!!
INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
4-5 drops of peppermint essential oil
APPLIANCE/REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Massage hair mask into scalp for 5 minutes (do inversion technique)
Apply mask to your ends for moisture
Leave mask on for 2 hours or overnight depending on your choice (works even better overnight)
Rinse off the mask with water ONLY
REPEAT EVERYTHING ABOVE THE NEXT DAY (THIS IS WHY YOU WILL BE ONLY RINSING OFF USIG WATER BUT SOME DAYS YOU CAN USE SHAMPOO. TRY TO LIMIT THE AMOUNT OF SHAMPOO YOU USE BECAUSE THIS WILL STRIP AWAY YOUR HAIR'S HEALTH)

No No after washing my hair with water my hair is still oily. Which I would expect since oil and water don't mix. How do you get it out with just water?

I improved my hair by doing all these things: Having more and more vitaminC in form of lemon, orange, kiwi, 8 hours of enough sleep everyday, have nuts such as almonds, walnuts, or peanuts in limited, you can also have fishes like sardines, salmon. Exercise at least 20 - 30 mins everyday. Using natural shampoo, neem wood comb, massager for scalp by Littleextra Cooconion two times a week. This is good to control hair fall.
I tried this method. It does work but everyone’s different so it only grew my hair one inch. No complaints. I DO NOT mind doing this a lot more. Maybe two weeks a month. I love this method so much!

ACTUALLY doing the inversion method every night and morning will make your hair grow faster , you don’t need to use oil and wash your hair everyday

From what I've heard you need to use the inversion method only 1 week out of the month, otherwise your body adapts to it and doesn't promote blood circulation.
Do the inversion method one week, the rest of the month do the normal scalp massage for 10 mins in the morning and night

The fact that I went in the hair salon wanting curtain bangs on my medium hair and coming out crying because they cut Waaaaaayyyyy too short is just terrible

I've had about 5 inches cut off my hair and I'm so sad nearly a week later as I didn't realise how much she was cutting off. Had long hair before which needed a good cut after lockdown but she took well too much length off. Soul destroying. Now have clip in hair extensions and watching videos like these for tips to grow fast.
I don't know what it is with HDs they just love to cut even when you don't want. They should be known as barbers instead!
Okay then, personally I was really surprised to see that this method worked. My hair was 57, and now they're 62, I must also say that I couldn't do not use any shampoo, and I applied a coconut oil and shea butter shampoo. My hair (being clobbered for bleaching) are also back healthy and soft as before, for those who want longer hair in only 4 days, this method is for you! Really recommend :)

That's better . But you have to put champoo because it's too heavy
Castor oil is good but camelia recommended mint oil that it helps to grow hair faster
I didn't cut my hair since 2019 until now 2021, never cutted it on occasions or dyed it, i also didn't use things that would break my hair and make it dry and i could confirm that not cutting your hair is easier than anything else but time consuming, in the end it's worth it.

I’m doing this! Currently on day 2. Only gonna do it for another 2 days though because I have a hair appointment. When washing it out with just water, my hair is STILL super oily since oil is insoluble with water. I’ve just been wearing my hair in a bun/French breads to work.

If you are prone to acne, I suggest maybe doing this mask every once a week overnight. I’ve been doing this on dec. 20,2020 till Friday. Throughout those 6 days I’ve been leaving this to a minimum of 2 hrs. But during the last 3 days I decided to shampoo everyday because I couldn’t take the itchiness and oily hair. I’ve been breaking out around my scalp, on the back of my head, and forehead. Did it grew I think just a little bit I’ve been taking fish oil so probably that’s been helping as well. My hair is medium bob. But doing this mask for a week I just can’t even when my hair bleached. I’ll probably just do it once a week overnight 🤷🏻♀️

It’s still short cause I cut it. I’m just taking multivitamins for myself. My hair hasn’t grown much it’s thinning tbh I’ve had a lot of hair loss and still have hair lucky me. All I have is damaged ends due to the bleaching

@suhanie ksh hello, i have not done this in awhile . You can get it at any grocery store, a jar of coconut oil i have found an amazing product that is awesome. it is called Fast.. Go to amazon and type fast shampoo , get the set that is both shampoo and conditoiner. It is amazing , you have to stick with it and use it daily as suggested but it is guaranteed to grow hair fast and it does if you use it daily as suggested. It is expensive but really works you will see up to 2 inches of hair growth in a month. I am not sure the coccnut oil could do this consisitently , but coconut oil is healthy for scalp and i had scalp issues and hair loss issues so i think that is why it helped for me but i like the shampoo better .

However, instead of using coconut oil + peppermint oil, i used a mixture of argan oil (7-10 drops), jojoba oil (7-10 drops) and peppermint oil (5drops) and massage it into my scalp. By using argan oil and jojoba oil, i dont have to wash it everytime i applied the oil because the my hair absorbs it really well! Thankyou for this tips~❤️😁

I’m on my third day but I wanna try it with castor oil instead 👍🏻 I shaved my head back in November and my hair now is about 3-4 inches long so I’m anxious to speed up my hair growth lol I miss having long hair 🥺

I will definitely try this. Most of my childhood I had very long beautiful hair that went down to my hips. Then when I was 9 I chopped it all off. Literally right under my freakin ears! I’m 14 now and I STILL haven’t grown it back yet! 😂😭

Yes guys,it really works.i tried this remedy for 2weeks regularly,as hair growth varies from person to person initially my hair was 58cm ND now it is 64cm(6cm),the only thing I did is mixed some castor with coconut ND peppermint oil mixture,after washing with plain water,i washed with rice water.im gonna try this for another 2weeks.

Alessia Tripodi If your hair is oily you have to use shampoo! My hair is oily and to get rid of that I had to shampoo it 3times or 2! 💝But that remedy is the best for hair growth!!! Trust me it is worth it. Maybe some times the relolts are not so good you have to do that like 2time a week...
