- It's always a great time for a back, hips, and glutes stretch! All you need is a mat and 15 minutes to increase flexibility and muscle recovery!
The back, hips, and glutes can be areas of the body that get pretty tight from sitting and/or certain movement patterns we have. This stretch is going to help loosen those tight areas up! Stretching is so important to add to your fitness regimen for a well-rounded training plan!
This back, hips, and glutes stretch session is part of our FIT for YOU fifteen series! Would love to see a lower and upper body stretch combined!!! I often do your 15 minute stretch, but an equal mix of upper and lower would be amazing! Love your videos, follow your stretches after every gym session 🫶
