Hello everyone!
Here’s a great all rounder workout to target your glutes and hamstrings!
I have slowed the pace and really focused on squeezing the glutes, pushing through the heels and aim for depth where I can...try and relax and embrace the burn! This is a perfect workout if you have access to only lighter weights than you might prefer.
The workout is 45 seconds exercise, 15 seconds rest, repeating each exercise 3 times varying between full reps, pulse and 5 pulses per rep.
High squat
Low sumo squat
Sumo squat deadlift
Romanian deadlift
Side to side lunge
Glute bridge
Take your time, focus on each move and enjoy!!

Hi, I have done this workout 2 times now. Love it. The best glutes exercise by far. I am 60 yrs old and trying to lift everything back into position 😅😁

Did it work?
Wow... the results are awesome. I never came across a workout that has shown instant results. Just after 2 days of workout I see my butt lifted and improved banana rolls. I was searching for a butt focused video since so long time and came across few but nothing has shown results for me and were extremely tough. This workout is my life saver. This is my 3rd day my ass turned out to be great as if I'm doing the workout for a month. The results may vary for others I have a lean body and my body fat is mostly in butt area. I'll continue doing it daily will post my results after a month 🤗.

This must have been on of your early uploads this year, I don’t know how I missed it but I love it! I wasn’t expecting it but the lateral lunges were very challenging for me today, especially the 5 pulses! I really like this format, it would be great to see more workouts laid out like this 😀

My name is Emma. I am new to your videos. They are fabulous. I am 61 and have ben working out with you for about 2months. All other workouts pale in comparison. I especially love this glute session. My husband and my daughter-in-law have noticed how much my body has changed without me even realizing myself. I actually have a bum now, and arms are stronger and sculpted. I do cardio at my gym. They do offer weight classes but they don’t work with my schedule. I looked to CZcams and found you. My friends have commented on my figure. I actually look forward to my workout with you. Thank you! I was looking for a quick glute workout. Liked the format of this and repeating exercises in supersets with pulses. I replaced deadlifts with hip thrusts because I prefer those. Loved the workout, thanks!

I used to do this workout during quarantine and it worked. I did it 2x a day for 6 days in a week. Everyone was talking about my body and how great it looked. I stopped and today I’m ready to start all over again!❤️

Gracias por tu ayuda.,estoy comenzando a hacer ejercicios en casa yo tengo aplastamiento de disco en las vértebras L5 y S1 y casi todos los ejercicios de tren inferior y abdominales me producen dolor lumbar, sin embargo sigo haciendolos, y después de ellos, hago los estiramientos que siempre me han indicado en terapia para esa discoptia. Algún consejo que puedas darme den cuanto a los ejercicios de glúteos para prevenir lesiones? Muchas gracias!
