The Heartbreaking Christian Eriksen Tragedy

On 12 June 2021, during a EURO 2020 match between Denmark and Finland, Danish superstar, Christian Eriksen would suffer a cardiac arrest and subsequently collapse to the ground. His friend and captain of the Danish National team, Simon Kjaer quickly sprung into action to give him first aid before the medics arrived on the pitch.
Christian Eriksen's cardiac arrest is not the first time something similar has happened in football. Players like Fabrice Muamba, Marc-Viven Foe, Daley Blind, Sergio Aguero and so on have all suffered similar problems. This is Eriksen's journey through his cardiac arrest and how much issues like this has impacted football.
