Realizing that doubt, depression, shame, regret, hate, resentment, all of it is of no benefit. I do not feel better after thinking or feeling any of those and im not closer to my goals or to solving my problems after thinking/ feeling these.

I have been going through some battles with myself and ik that these hard times will help me be stronger, I just lack the experience and get looked down upon.
