Can you ride Sketchy DH on a Bikepacking Hardtail?

How does a Bikepacking bike do on a technical downhill mountain bike trail in Utah? Jacobs ladder in Draper Utah is a blast on any bike, but especially fun on a hardtail!

ABsolutely. Very few trails are off limits to hardtails. You can do World Cup DH runs ona hardtail, albeit a bit slower ;P

Lol good point. It's a bit more jarring on your body id say so the long distance rides may start to get at you with a hardtail..

Great ride! Since selling my old 26er full suspension and having only the 29er hard tail, I’ve often wondered if i can still ride some rougher stuff. May I ask how many mills of suspension do you have on your front fork?

Oh nice! A 29er hardtail would be a good time.
My hardtail has 130mm of travel and it's definitely enough
