Hey Corbin, happy Christmas! Great video, but isn’t there is a a ‘Conversation ID’ and if you add a users email or something similar(assuming it’s come from an email request), that can allow you to create a unique thread that can continue with that same person if that same email address interacts again?
Yes, definitely! I think the best way to do this would be to associate the 'Conversation ID' and user's email in Zapier Tables. Therefore, you may call upon it later in the context of an email chain. Mate, thank for your job! Could you please share your experience: Have you found the way to connect dynamic database to ChatGPT (or Assistant), which could be updatable in real time? So, for example: we use AI as a CFO in our company (cause cannot afford one), and we need him to have up-to-dated information about our finances in real time (without manually uploading data). The only way I have managed it is: I use Webhook to send data to Zapier, which then goes to Assistant (pre-setted one) and the Conversation ID remains the same (need to put the ID in the Conversation ID field and in the top of the Message as well, otherwise - not working) - auto-post in Telegram (Response). So this system provides an updatable data for Assistant, as we send our transactions in custom GPT Webhook (BTW HUGE THANKS FOR THAT FOR YOU!!!). So, that's how I have managed it for us. But of course I would prefer more sustainable way to store and update data in GPT than Conversation ID, - maybe you know one? Thank you!

Is that better than just using function calling? @webcafeai
