I think the main thing Alex has against Kratos would be his absorption power and the fact that Kratos probably can't completely kill a man who was nuked and then came back from a splash of blood. He's brutal and could rip people apart like nothing, but mans can't de-atomize people. That being said, Kratos just crawls out of hell every time he dies, so this fight would probably just never end. Least Alex eating Kratos would completely destroy him, but if he gets Kratos like that, we have a whole list of new problems neither of them could give us alone. And part of that knowledge means knowing that he stands literally no chance against Kratos at all. I think you might be forgetting that he was at least able to keep up with Hermes’ speed and kill him regardless in his base form and move as fast as him with his shoes. Also as for weapons, Kratos has a bigger and better arsenal. At the end of the third game he has the weapons of every god like sickles that can simply pull a person’s soul out and even at the start of the first he has the blades of chaos which can cut through the armor of any god. Also general quick tip, its best to speed it up a bit for these kinds of videos and remove a few sections that feel too similar like dexterity and agility. This is a very good video still, i just wanna say what i have noticed.

So alex is a walking deadly virus that can come back to life from a drop of blood, has the capacity to level an entire city, can lift and throw a tank with ease, the more living things he consumes the stronger he gets, can shapeshift into what he consumes, he can also run up to 500 miles per hour, he is able to glide and quick dash long distances in the air by shooting blood out of his arms and legs, and he can form weapons from his arms such as blades, hammer fists, whipfists and claws. (to add extra, he can also apply armour from his own biomass around his whole body) Compared to a demi god who was once a Spartan soldier that became the new god of war. Kratos was able to slaughter an entire pantheon of gods, escape hell after dying twice, he also has the strength to flip týr's temple ( from some research it is equivalent to 1.7 million tons, I'm probably wrong because of the 9 reamls thing but it's around or above that ), he also has weapons that contain magic like the blades of chaos and the leviathan axe to name a few. I only think that mercer has the upper hand due to the fact that you'd have to disintegrate every last molecule of him to fully end him. And also his regen and consume abilities. But other than that if kratos has a weapon that can do the job, then I think it would be a pretty good match between the two. I'm probably wrong but it's just my thoughts 😁

I think you might be forgetting that he was at least able to keep up with Hermes’ speed and kill him regardless in his base form and move as fast as him with his shoes.
Also as for weapons, Kratos has a bigger and better arsenal. At the end of the third game he has the weapons of every god like sickles that can simply pull a person’s soul out and even at the start of the first he has the blades of chaos which can cut through the armor of any god. Also general quick tip, its best to speed it up a bit for these kinds of videos and remove a few sections that feel too similar like dexterity and agility.

Kratos is most definitely stronger than alex and we have no idea how the virus could affect a god but he could scale to other gods maybe slightly weaker than kratos and if he consumes them and, also depends on how many, he would surpass kratos. i also doubt kratos would be completely impervious to alex’s attacks due to him being wounded human weapons. yes i also know there are inconsistencies between lore and gameplay for example the iconic kratos vs chest and alex getting stabbed and bullets piercing him and potentially “killing” him while also being able to take thermobaric rounds to the face and not have a scratch on him. and the whole “beyond life and death” means the man who was alex mercer is technically dead and now he doesn’t have a real life or identity, only masks he wears, and he can’t die and any part of the virus anywhere even in heller are pieces of him cuz he literally IS the virus. idk i say more but this shit already long as hell but all in all i love both 😘

So alex is a walking deadly virus that can come back to life from a drop of blood, has the capacity to level an entire city, can lift and throw a tank with ease, the more living things he consumes the stronger he gets, can shapeshift into what he consumes, he can also run up to 500 miles per hour, he is able to glide and quick dash long distances in the air by shooting blood out of his arms and legs, and he can form weapons from his arms such as blades, hammer fists, whipfists and claws. (to add extra, he can also apply armour from his own biomass around his whole body)
Compared to a demi god who was once a Spartan soldier that became the new god of war. Kratos was able to slaughter an entire pantheon of gods, escape hell after dying twice, he also has the strength to flip týr's temple ( from some research it is equivalent to 1.7 million tons, I'm probably wrong because of the 9 reamls thing but it's around or above that ), he also has weapons that contain magic like the blades of chaos and the leviathan axe to name a few.
I only think that mercer has the upper hand due to the fact that you'd have to disintegrate every last molecule of him to fully end him. And also his regen and consume abilities. But other than that if kratos has a weapon that can do the job, then I think it would be a pretty good match between the two.
