I have to admit to not only be a wondering grandma, I’m also a belly checking retired nurse watching for the “ball” to drop! And although it doesn’t look like it’s dropped, it definitely looks like you have a basketball under your shirt. It’s a beautiful look by the way! 👌💕👵🏻

When I was pregnant with our son, I looked the same way, looked like a basketball in my belly, Meg looks so cute pregnant! I think Meg is having another girl, I know she’ll be glad the little one arrives!

Girl the fact that you can get up off the ground without help is amazing.
“Gyms were created because everyone left the farm”, love it SO true! Just transplanted perennials and 4 Polaris beds full of wood chips for new residence. Who needs a gym!

I was thinking the same thing. Maybe a couple gnomes hidden among the potato plants to find when you pull the plants.
I'd like to add....Meg said she was going to do a few things to "make it pretty"....but, I contend that when she walked into the greenhouse it burst into " motherhood beauty !" And iirc, Ben and Meg said they wanted a "surprise"...I'm bettin' another set of twins(and I don't mean Minnesota!)

Your garden is going from Strength to Strength. Ben I ❤️ the concepts of “LOGS” for garden edges & that you have a good supply of them. And the abundant supply of wood chips. Yes it is “Rustic” but both practical and authentic. Meg I think you are a Champion cooking for basically 5 men, yourself and Little Miss 3 y.o. All of whom are always HUNGRY! Cannot remember if you are raising honey bees? Can't wait to notice your strapping young lads pulling back their hair with a band like dad does! Keeps hiding spiders etc. from getting caught in the hair while working among brush. Lettuce in your tall planter? Want one of those! Really liking your rustic pathway in the green house. Greenland hideaway reference from the handlers? Truly enjoy watching Meg's recipes and cooking! What about a nice coat of paint on the barn? Liked the natural nature color on the small shed! Great headway on all projects! Fun to watch. Great idea with the steps for the new addition.
I would like to see more of Tyler and Jack and their plans for their future. They r almost adults and have learned so many trades and life lessons from Ben and Meg. U r great parents and family!❤️

I had an old Hollar video come up on my CZcams feed yesterday. I decided to watch it and it was delightful. The family and Meg’s sister’s family were taking photographs on the beach as they were working their way northward to San Simeon/Hearst Castle. I loved looking at the children. The twins were so young and of course Buggy wasn’t even born yet.
On those days when you’re missing new Hollar videos, I suggest you take the time to look back on the family when all the boys were so young. I’m so happy the old videos came up on my CZcams feed. It was like looking at old family VHS tapes. Why Ben even had short hair!Lol😊

I can't believe you've had the polytunnel for two years already! Where has the time gone it seems only yesterday buggy was born and she's what 9 now! 😂😂 I another 45 minutes she will be nice and the new bump will be 4! Time just motors on so fast! Great job on the greenhouse looks amazing!
Pin wheels have become a favourite in our house, we make them with any meat we have left over after the Sunday dinner and eat them for lunch for the first couple of days of the week, last week was lamb with minted kale and roasted red Peppers, we have chicken for dinner this Sunday so it'll be chicken with a bbq sauce and what ever else I have to chuck in them, just know this you have inspired less food waste all the way over here in the uk. And Meg your looking stunning as always. I bet buggie is so excited for a new baby, she will be your best helper!
Mix yellow mustard, pineapple jelly, and horse radish. Start with 1/2 cup of each jelly and mustard add horseradish to taste. Add more jelly to make it sweeter, or more mustard to taste. GREAT DIPPING SAUCE FOR CHICKEN
I've still got tomatoes growing in my vertical planter from last season. In fact, some of the plants are flowering again!

Ben you should not complain about not being able to build the extension, if it rains you always figure that you can do something else around the farm so no matter. Meg you look amazing, and Ben will always tell you that even if you are not feeling it. Be good and safe.

Be safe if you are getting storms. I'm also watching Megs belly. It's very wet in Indiana! So much rain, that my greenhouse is flooded, so I'm living through you vicariously until I can get in my own greenhouse and garden. We can't even get in the fields right now, so we will all be waiting on the sun.
Placing the logs inside your high tunnel to outline a pathway reminds me of walking trails in Washington state. It's lovely!!

Meg and Ben that walkway in the greenhouse reminded me when few years ago we had lots of trees removed near the house and they got woodchipped. So I did our driveway and all around the garden walking paths it looked absolutely stunning. Especially looking upwards to the driveway from the street. It was a lot of yellow bark smelled amaizing. Such a shame it broken down so we had to get a proper cover for the driveway. We had logs chopped downs for garden edging but they got broken up😢. Love whimsical gardens. So looking forward to see the extension build. Hope the rain going to stop soon Ben can finish the job. Thank you all you made my Saturday morning. 🫂🫶

Meg and Ben- It was such a good decision to initially renovate the mobil home, especially adding this new addition. Serves your family well. Your homesteading story is real and one that others can watch and know how to go about it from scratch. You don't have big backers funding your progress, just the normal side income of your shop, lovely homemade soaps, the odd class and You Tube. With honorable mention of money you save by home building projects, growing your own food, cooking and prepping it for storge. Minus You Tube, we did the same thing. We did own two properties before we married and used that combined profit, along with our jobs to build a
basic new house eight years ago. I was 65 at the time, so we had used what we managed to earn over the years. Now we are semi-retired, living by our wits and a common sense budget, next to our family farm. So exciting counting down for you baby's arrival! ~ Diane

The greenhouse looks so much better now. Those logs are really going to do a great job keeping all of the soil in place and the plants out of the walkway. The footing prep looks like it will make a very substantial sub straight for the addition. Now, we can see the footprint of the interior part of the extension.
We love our tomatoes! Hubby can’t have tomatoes with his prostrate cancer this year! But I’m still gonna plant a cherry tomato plant so maybe he can cheat once in a while!!!❤

Ok, the best laugh I got today was watching Ben drive the tractor with his umbrella hat on. Thanks for that, Ben. Great idea with the trees in the green house. Watching those boys’ feet out and about working, make mine hurt. I always think they are going to step on a thistle. Does that ever happen? Meg you are like the energizer bunny. Just a going. I've thought the same thing about their bare feet! Their soles are probably so tough though that they never have anything poking their feet! When I was about Buggie's age, I stopped going barefoot after a few honeybee stings 😘🐝 Those bee stings really hurt on my feet!

It was so sweet to get a pregnancy update! So thankful you are feeling good in these last weeks before baby's due!❤🤗 Boy, those taters are looking great!!!! And my goodness, all those volunteer tomatoes are a great surprise!!! We used to grape tomatoes that came up every year. We always called them "tommy toes"!😊 I like how you sectioned off the greenhouse! Across the Asheville mtn in northeast Tennessee, we're getting an abundance of rain as well. Definitely too wet for working on your building project. Where you've dug out the footers looks so nice! Good job "Hollar Construction Crew"!👍

Meg Sun Gold are hybrid tomatoes. They will probably not be true to the original seed you planted. Which is to say they may not taste like Sungold. ... you have so many birds... Hearing them calling back and forth is awesome. Green house looks great. It is raining again. Sounds
