Thank you, Lisa! I haven’t watched the video yet, but your videos gave me so much peace during the end of my pregnancy and throughout my babies first three months of life. in fact, your videos have inspired me to have more than one of these precious little humans running around our home. Our son has grown my capacity for love by leaps and bounds.
What a lovely compliment to pay!
In a world that seems to think children are a burden and even some mothers not liking being a mom, it is wonderful to read your comment ❤ My children are all adults now but there is nothing I loved more than having children, feeding them and caring for them !!!
I have no kids yet but I love watching your videos, I really admire women who have multiple kids yet still manage to maintain a home and eat whole foods.
Thank you so much!
Me too! I’ve always thought if I ever have kids I want to be a homemaker and stay home with the kids. Honestly I believe homemaking is what I’m best at but just happens not to be my reality at the moment.
I’ve been watching since your minimalist baby essentials video 6 years ago! I was 19 and pregnant with my first at the time. I’ve learned so much about all things homemaking from you- you are such an inspiration! Thank you for all of these years of amazing content!
Thank you so much!
I wholeheartedly second this. As a new sub I am equally fascinated by the how informative all these videos are.
I found her 4 years ago when I had my first and watched her how to use a baby wrap video and here I am with two littles, baby wearing and making sourdough bread, all because of Lisa 😊
My kids are grown now but I sure wish I would have had this when I was 19 with my first baby ! I still learn from her 😊
Love love love your dresses in the first clip! It is so flattering on you. Love all your videos- they calm me and inspire me to get up and do something in my own home - your channel is not just a mindless scroll , it adds value to my life as well as the lives of others!
Thank you!
I binge watch every evening and it's like ASMR with your voiceovers that I can actually fall immediately asleep but when I wake up, I do go back to see what I missed. I cannot wait for your book to come out in the fall. Lisa you have to be one of the most industrious women I have ever seen, on second thought you are the most industrious woman ever. Everything that comes to you, YOU have definitely worked hard for it. God bless you and your family. I just want to come hang out with you on the daily. Much love and respect from Philadelphia, Pa.
You just wear me out ! 😂
Just wanted to say thank you for your cinnamon roll recipe. I made them for the first time this morning for my 3 kiddos and husband. I never thought I could do sourdough. It just seemed so exhausting, but really, like you said , makes meals so easy! Truly, can’t thank you enough for helping our family move forward in a more natural way of life. Much love from Ohio!
I am so happy to hear that!! Just keep trying recipes and adding to your collection and pretty soon you will be a pro!
I loved it when you said you always wound up with something edible (re making croissants)! That's the attitude. People think if it's not perfect it's not good, but that's how to learn.
Hooray! I realized one reason I love Lisa’s videos is because they remind me of the PBS cooking shows I used to watch as a kid and teen. Simply fun to watch, so interesting, and informative. Love how these videos mirror those shows ❤ Plus Lisa makes everything so accessible which I love, as a mom myself just doing her best to cook well for her family.
My goodness, Lisa your house must smell divine! Thanks for sharing your gift and wisdom. God bless.
Those croissants, that blue berry and cinnamon breads plus those pop tarts and the frittata, my goodness they all look sooo delicious! 😋 My mouth is watering. What a great video👍❤❤❤
Love the sound of the busy kiddos in the background! So cute!
I just made sourdough flatbread pizza with cheese, chicken and pesto, but now Dutch Babies are in the oven. I love cooking along with your videos! Thank you! ❤
You always share some amazing recipes! The croissants were so flaky and fluffy, looked so delicious!😋 The blueberry & cinnamon breads looked mouth watering🤤 The Pop Tarts looked so good, way better than Kelloggs ever thought of making😄 Again, everything you make meals or desserts (especially desserts) just look divine! Congrats on the cookbook! I know its going to be a best seller and I'm excited to see you win an award🏆 TFS!
Thanks so much!
I was always taught to make a little indentation in the dough (like a finger poke) for every lamination to keep track of the three. It always made me happy when I did it I don’t know why haha
Lisa, your videos are so inspirational to me. I work full time but one of my many hobbies are puttering around the house, doing my chores as I go while watching your videos or listening to music. You and your videos makes it easier for me to find rest in the continous movement through my house. It’s always easier to do chores with a friend, I find. Thank you 🙏
This is a great topic-I have problems coming up with healthy go-to breakfast for my kiddos. Thank you!
Wow, those chocolate croissants looked like they came from a French bakery! Beautiful! 😊
The sourdough croissants look so good🥐💛🌼✨️
Each time I visit your channel I am amazed by the sheer amount of knowledge and information you have, which you share with us. What is your uni major? Any tips on sources to learn more about the food we eat, home growing and being self-sustaining.
I have a podcast called The Simple Farmhouse Life, you can search through and find some podcasts where I have talked about topics related to our food etc.
I think her uni major was on-the-job training!😂
@@FarmhouseonBoone thank you so much Lisa I will look them up.
Oh Lisa, your poptarts are so superior to the dry cardboard things from the store! It's real food. My daughter would say, fancy! Love love love! Thank you for sharing and encouraging us! ❤❤❤
Starting watching and saw what you were making. I made me some French toast and came back to watch! Your food always looks so delicious! Loved the little eyes that popped into the camera 😂. Take care and may the Lord continue to bless your sweet family! 😀❤️
In France those are called chocolatines or pains au chocolat. Croissants are a different type of pastry 😊
Have you tried making pain au chocolate? It's what they make in France - same ingredients but the pastry is folded into a square instead of a roll!
not yet!
I make cinnamon bread in December usually and it is a huge huge hit in our home and to give to others. They love it. Making a sourdough version sounds much better.
Everything looks amazing as always.
😂 I feel like you were very up beat talking through this video! Did you have your afternoon coffee while this sit down voice over! I mean that in a wonderful loving way I loved the energy and flow of being productive😊❤
Thank you Lisa my mouth is watering!!! ♥️
Patricia
Wow! Lisa, you've outdone yourself again. This was so amazing. Ty.
Thank you so much!
I find it very serendipitous that I was just wondering the other day about the possibility of sourdough croissants and lo and behold the next video you put out addresses just that 🥰
Thank you so much for including links to the recipes. You make so much during the videos, which I love, but sometimes forget one or two of them when searching your blog. Much appreciated! ❤
Lisa, I started following you when I was pregnant with my third baby. Ever since, I've trailed you by 6months with a new baby each time. 😅 So much so that when I start seeing you pregnant, I start wondering when my next baby will be coming along. I'm pregnant with my 8th currently. Watching you consistently inspires me and reminds me how beautiful our lives are. Thank you for bringing that life to light. ❤
Thanks for sharing!!
Thanks for the video!
I love everything you do! Thank you for this!
We made these chocolate croissants tonight for dessert and they turned out incredibly! We recently got back from Europe and this recipe rivals any chocolate croissant we had over there! For anyone interested in making them I highly recommend it!

Beautiful, yummy, comfort foods. You make it all look so easy. I know that comes with practice, which you have mastered! God bless you, I totally love, love, love hearing you talk with the kids and seeing them pop up here and there! Thank you for allowing me to be a part of that!😊💓
Thank you so much
I just want to share that I have watched your free Masterclass and I am grateful for everything you shared. I very much want to attend but we need to budget for that amount of cash all at once. I appreciate the email reminders to enroll. I really want to, we just need to budget for it. I already have two goals, one is for my husband to retire, and the other is for me to have a home based business that works for someone healing from a disability. Thank you again.🏡☺️
This is why you are the Queen of SD! I have always loved your no-fuss approach.
Yay! Thank you!
The sourdough wizard is rocking today 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟❤️💃💃💃💃💃
Lovely recipes thank you for sharing all the extra information it’s starting to make sense to me haha. Can’t wait to try these!
Every time I watch your videos I’m so relaxed I feel so happy and peaceful and most of all you impress me so much more and more every time. I was a mom of five made all home made foods and breads, so you resonate with me and feel we are kindred spirits.
Just made your sourdough pie dough for the first time recently… most beautiful pie I’ve ever accomplished. I wish I could show you a picture…! It was apple 🍎
Thank you, Lisa 🙏🏻
Wonderful!
Omg, Lisa, those croissants look insane! Can't wait to find them over on the blog! ❤❤
Ok i cannot wait for your cookbook 😁
Making the blueberry lemon loaf right now I can’t wait my son’s favorite combination of flavors, and I have two lemon trees❤
Thanks for the recipes Lisa. I just made the pop tarts. Easy and delicious!
Looks great!
Looks so lovely❤ It's nice that you can concentrate. I remember when my daughter was baby I could nyt Eden go to toilet. When I was out of sight the screaming started. And she did not sleep well during the day or night. She's got ADHD. Then I could not have anything done😅
Everything looks absolutely delicious. Thank you for taking the time and sharing all these wonderful recipes!
Glad you like them!
Good morning, Thank you ❤
I love the videos and your skill set. The croissants look great!
Thank you so much!
Pregnant with my eighth child and so glad to hear your tip with probiotics.
Congrats!!
Those croissants look amazing, I will try it out. Thanks for sharing!
Please please please add all those notes to your recipes in your book!! All those helpful tips like how long it can sit out with what in it or different ways you can do things in notes sections of each recipe or at the beginning of chapter. Every note or helpful hint or ways it can be versatile with ideas will be price less!! I don't care if the book is 300 pages long. Will be so helpful and easier to use! And will learn too! All your knowledge in one place will be amazing!!!
I love when I have a full free day and I always plan to do a whole bunch of food prepping but usually I can only manage to make one or two things and then I'm so tired
Sometimes getting much needed rest is more important than anything else you can do...
I just love your videos, Lisa! You are so good at making things approachable which is such an encouragement.
I also wanted to mention that I, too, have long fermented sourdoughs with eggs and milk for 15 years without issue.
Thanks for sharing!!
Oh my these are beautiful recipes. I really want to start using a grain mill and it just seems overwhelming. I’m not sure of how to start but these recipes are so wonderful. Thank you for sharing.
I have some some blog post about grain mills and milling your own flour to bake with...you can search on my blog FarmhouseonBoone.com and read through them it might help you to know where to start
Oh my word, each and every item looks sooo delicious!! Wish I could eat the screen!! 😋😋😋

Quartz!
So excited for your cookbook.
Me too!!
Hi Lisa i just love your breads there like magic for me to make i can add and fill them with almost anything and thay always come out good and taste great thank you so much Lisa for your videos i enjoy them very much.
i think leaving things on counter has a lot to do with the climate you live in. i live in sub tropic and very rarely leave things out , more likely in cooler ‘winter’ months.
The Philippines is a tropical climate and they leave EVERYTHING out.
Everything looked delicious. T u 4 sharing noise of children. Love channel
Your videos make my day! ❤
I'm so glad!
I made your pop tarts this week ,used rhubarb jam I had made. I always ferment with eggs, milk and whatever on the counter for up to 24 hours and then long ferment in the fridge at times. Love your posts.
Any idea when your book will be ready to purchase?...lol you answered in the fall during the video! Excited to have it and dive into sourdough ❤
I don't have an exact date yet...I will share when I do.
