My favourite thing in this series is the perfect characterization for the characters, especially with Michael and William.
Whenever William is talking about the condition he's in, he always blames other people for putting him in that condition, blaming people like Michael and Henry, but never himself.
And when Michael tries to talk to his father again, it feels like watching an adult who has grown up in abuse trying to give their abusive parent a second chance, only to realize that they've never changed at all.
Even though he's an adult now and he did talk back to his own father several times to defend himself, it's pretty obvious that Michael is still very afraid of his father's anger

My favorite thing about their representation of Springtrap is the fact that he can hardly speak, in other series he can always speak clearly even though he has metal lodged into his throat. I like how they show his near inability to speak

You do have to realize that he is dead and that he has just possessed the spring bonnie suit while his lifeless body is still inside of it. He's using the suit as a way to talk. Although I could see how the body could affect how the suit could speak with an entity possessing it. I may be wrong but that's just my thoughts on it

The thing is that because he is a mess of mentally pained souls, he is also likely perceiving near infinite pain as result of some curse.
He does seem to acknowledge that people feel normal pain though.
He is also probably rather mentally pained as well, for many obvious reasons.
But it makes sense because pain is a feeling that is all in our heads.

Genuinely one of the scariest fnaf vhs esc video series I've ever seen. The way Springtrap talks, Ennards multiple personalities, The way they all react and *feel* like real people is what makes this work so well. It's everything I ever wanted from fnaf and more. It's horrific! It's terrifying! It's s fucking beautiful!

I really like this series so far, though I think it's a little too cheesy at time. The organization just have sudden realizations, like, "Oh, you're the missing children" or just them knowing that Elizabeth was the exact child to have been scooped, which is very convenient for their torture method.

Okay so they know Elizabeth got scooped because they were told by Ennard that she was killed by the circus baby animatronic, and they have access to the FNAF: SL blueprints, therefore they know what kind of child killing methods that baby comes equipped with.

I'm not saying FNAF is for kids; FNAF is for _everyone._ I'm 31; I was like college-aged when FNAF first came out. I still love FNAF (and all the other games I grew up playing; I still play every Mario and Zelda and stuff). I heard recently (from the Linus Tech Tip man) that 80% of people who identify as gamers are over the age of 18, so, I think that proves that one simply doesn't "grow out of games" or anything like that.
That said, _this series_ is for _adults._

You know it comes to my attention that all the foundation really wants from SpringTrap or William Afton is the knowledge and ability he has to produce remnant and become immortal, and that’s f’ed cause they’re basically just continuing his dark legacy. But I still can’t stop myself from loving SpringTrap because I’m my opinion he is awesome.

MD-PTV is legitimately one of my favorite fan projects out of any fandom ever. It has its creepy stuff and relies more on an atmosphere of terror rather than straight jumpscares, but it also writes its characters with such compassion, empathy, and respect for the source material that you can feel sympathy for everyone involved, even William to an extent. The original characters are well-built and fit very cleanly into the existing mythos, and there are even occasional moments of black comedy that balance the tone out. Their approach to the animatronics is unique too, treating them more like patients than spirits, and it works really well in the context of an organization capable of containing them trying to open negotiations. And this is maybe one of my favorite Springtraps, as it goes the more realistic route of writing William as a severely antisocial and unstable person who's in both physical and mental pain, but too blinded by rage and hatred to cooperate with people who can help him, which leads to communications between him and his son/the organization completely breaking down.
I like the concept of Golden Freddy being able to basically spawn in different realities or world's.
Oh god, as I said they just get more horrific. And more masterpieces pop outta nowhere. Truely a FNAF masterpiece within the entire thing.

The scariest thing about Springtrap to me isn't the fact that he is a murderer, it's the spring locks. Imagining how he must feel is like being in a car accident and having your bones broken and metal driven through your body but somehow still being alive. It's scary because I feel like there's a slight chance I might end up feeling his same physical pain, yet I love the line "Pain is not physical...."
Depends on the severity of the car crash. Full head on collision with a semi truck, you won't feel a thing. Getting smashed inside of your car, you'll feel it but not for super long until you die from blood loss. It really does depend where you get and how you get hit. There have been people in this world that have had it worse than spring trap, sadly.

I’m glad someone finally noticed md-ptv. Their work is some of the best rivaling Battington, Spectre, and other great fnaf vhs tape series, the only thing is, they’re criminally underrated, but hopefully thanks to this video and other videos that others may make about him, that will all change soon. I’ve been sitting on them for a while, I meant to tell big youtubers about it, but it seems others have beaten me to the punch. Well it doesn’t matter how they get exposure, the important thing is that they do. Unfortunately they’re on a hiatus right now, but hopefully all this exposure will lead them continue their series…

YES! You finally made a video on that amazing series. It's goal is not meant to be scary or terrifying like battington's tapes but more of a story telling tape of what would've happened if the government gotten access to the animatronics and somehow try to find where it all starts. Great video!

when they where interviewed springtrap and he said, "pain is not physical" it really shows how broken the characters of fnaf are, sure, the game lightly touched on the mental effects but those quotes actually made me feel sympathy, i know the effects of mental pain and honestly if the robots had sympathy, the series could have gone a whole difffrent way

I like that, we as a community came to accept that Ennard is the better Missing Children Animatronic Amalgamation, I'm sorry Molten Freddy.
Yes but what I find confusing is how is Ennard like this? Ennard is composed of Ballora, Funtime Freddy and Funtime Foxy and maybe Bon Bon but what about Chica? Gabriel Fritz and Jeremy are accounted for since their respective animatronics are present but what about Chica/Susie and Goldie/Cassidy. And who is Ballora really? The current idea is she is either Mrs.Afton or was created in her image but there's nothing to make either of those ideas concrete.

It feels strange with Michael due to the fact that he and “Mike Schmidt” are the same guy (guy you play as in fnaf 1) but I got to say that this is a realistic depiction of the series also what making it unique is that animatronics don’t attack the interrogators and it’s not some stupid thing where it turns into a subliminal message at the end. Good work :)

MDP-TV was actually my first VHS-series i fell in love with and ive been even going deeper to that rabbithole, been enjoying my stay so far. This shows that William doesn’t just kill like an animal. He chooses his targets. He is willing to have a conversation for as long as it entertains or benefits him, and he also probably wants to vent. To him, everything he does is entirely based off of ego, narcissism, and vendetta, not just the urge to kill. As long as you leave him alone, he won’t kill you unless your death brings active benefit

This series concept is amazing but really seems to be brought down by the lack of consistantcy with it's voiceacting. There are moments where the actors give flat performances where it feels there should be a lot of emotion.

This is my favorite fnaf vhs series. I love the animatronics personality’s. The interviewed may have that too but this has the personality of someone who actually went through the pain the animatronics did. Not joking around like the interviewed does
