I fainted after my blood's were taken 1 time. It's like when you give your blood. They ask you to stay 30 minutes. Its asked that you drink some sweet tea and eat buiscuits then head out. But take it easy for a few hours

Bright red blood means the phlebotomist pierced the artery. Routine blood work is drawn from veins which is dark red. The phlebotomist should have lost her job. That is a gross error

Man, in college I tried to donate blood and they used nursing students to train them on how to take blood. The chick who was drawing my blood said, "Oh shit!" So I look down and my blood is squirting out of my arm uncontrollably. She kept saying "Oh shit, oh shit!" I told her "it's fine, I'm okay, it's fine." Then another, more qualified person cleaned me up and said that girl just nicked my artery... That sucked lol

funny thing about the first video: my grandpa was in a similar situation once where he narrowly avoided hitting a parked car and another semi truck, and he was doing close to 90 miles per hour, and he was coming around a corner, and he missed by a few centimeters, which the other truck drivers thought was the most impressive driving they have ever seen. he could have died, and taken a few other people out with him, but he didn't. stuff like this happened to him several times, and each time he was in an accident or narrowly avoided one, he managed to walk away without so much as a scratch, and he has rolled several trucks to avoid hitting cars at high speeds that surly would have killed people. and he served in the army. my grandpa is a true hero

Guys, the kid didn't want to do that. They were making him, for like 10$. That's not the point. Instead of helping him and comforting him, they were recording him, to put online. If they weren't using his fears for views, it would be fine. I would say go ahead, if they weren't recording and exploiting him. It's not the point he's doing it, it's they're recording him that's the problem. IF HE WERE TO HAVE PASSED OUT BECAUSE HIS MOM WAS RECORDING HE *COULD* have fallen off.
Used to be very afraid of needles here and trust me passing out happens more than people realize, particularly with blood donations lol. It's often either due to high anxiety or not eating enough beforehand. Lab techs are trained to look for signs of that to prevent fall injuries from passing out. Ironically getting a tattoo wasn't as much of a problem for me and helped me get over that fear.

Again, I work in the ER, AND we have patients pass out cold from blood draws or IV starts! When a few of our nurses were practicing their IV starts we had a new Doctor volunteer to have an IV started, and he hit the floor so hard he knocked himself out, not just passed out, and had to be put into a bed for a few hours to recover!
My sister is also one who passes out from blood tests .... they have to put her into a bed when they take her blood!
It happens so much!

I'm terrified of needles and the one time I donated blood at my school, I passed out and my limbs locked up, my arms bent up, pushing the needle in further. I woke up to the needle gone, my friend telling me that three guys had to hold my arm down to get the needle out and that I kept mumbling "I'm sorry" or "sorry", multiple times. LOL, he refused to donate his blood afterwards, since he was after me.

For me, needles send me into a panic and what caused me to get upset by needles is when I once had something lodged in my foot so the doctors had to numb it, but the numbing shots they used made me feel more pain and I didn’t numb up at all during the whole procedure to remove it.

Once when I was having heat stroke, I ended up passing out because I was having heat stroke and an anxiety attack. I had to go to the hospital that day, and it was terrifying because I'm also afraid of hights, ani was put on the highest level in the hospital. I ended up passing put again. Great memories.

I have a fear of heights but I’ve been to the CN Tower in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It’s not that scary and is definitely a lot higher. The window outside on the fenced in lower observation deck are kinda scary but the glass floor was awesome. I loved it. Now to put this into perspective I went to a 110 story tower to get over my fear of heights, which kinda helped but yet on the 10th floor of a building on a balcony I nearly fainted twice

Ive passed out while getting a tattoo once cause I did not eat that day and when I woke up i had no idea where I was. My friend was there and said I just slumped and started shaking like I was having a seizure. Blacking out is a crazy thing.
