Agree. Too high and speed off. Unless they are using GPS, I don't see how coverage is consistent. Small fields, yes. Large open - no. Fungicide and insecticide maybe.....they need some serious protective equipment too!

You can use two of those remote-controllers with one pilot stationed at the top of the hill so that you can legally pass-control of the drone to the VLOS pilot.

one day - 4 guys - 500 acres? How efficient is that? MY high clearance sprayer could do 1500 acres in a good day - ONE people. You got a ways to go to convince me. Specialty fields - complex areas - spot spraying - maybe

This could work very well for row crop farmers. Especially for disease proned vegetables. Spraying from ground allot of times causes the disease to spread. Only problem I see is not being able to put down enough liguid per acre.

That's an awful spot to setup 3:33 a double yellow no-passing section of road, you're going to create new rules as I imagine they'll ban that after the first few car accidents. You should make it your company policy to only use pieces of road that have legal-passing, I agree that spot is open but the double-lines have legal-standing if you accidentally get into a car-accident.
