- It was rather lucky that I managed to watch and film that beautiful sunrise last Monday because it rained for most of the week after that, and today it snowed again. So I'm glad I captured that beautiful rare morning and I'm happy to be able to share it with you. Hope you enjoy this simple video about my everyday life here in Southern Finland.

From Japan. I watch this video before going to work. It is true that Japan is an economically rich country. However, everyone forgets to enjoy life in the true sense of the word and lives their life being chased by something. I want to remember to take time to look at the beautiful sky. As a middle-aged(+) Finnish man I seldom watch this kind of lifestyle and/or cooking videos - and if I happen to do, I almost never comment them, and definitely not the person.
However you are a rare exception. Your videos are superb, your dishes look delicious, your voice is delightful and your personality lovable.

Finland is a special place for me. I love this country and I’m so grateful to be here. We recently got our permanent residence permits (just two days ago) and we're so happy about it 😊😊

Ah, you reminded me how wonderful spring is. Here in Finland there are no signs of the first flowers yet. I used to live in Helsinki (for 2 years, I am from Oslo) and appreciate the city, its archipelago, and especially Suomenlinna - one of my favorite places anywhere. I think Helsinki is such a beautiful city, I love its coastline, and I especially love Suomenlinna too. I visited Oslo once, but unfortunately I didn't have much time to walk around. I only had one short evening, and it was raining, so I didn't get to see much of the city. But I definitely plan to go back in the future and explore it more.

Oslo is best in the Summer 🔆Recipe: It was the previous episode, with tomatosauce in a pan, first onion, and red long pepper (paprika), garlic added, then 4 eggs on top, and some spices (which?). Excellent recipe, thank you! ☺
Ah, I see, it’s my favorite option for breakfast. It’s called shakshuka. In the traditional recipe the spices used are paprika, cumin, and chili powder. I usually just use a pepper mix.

Great job fixing the car! And the pie looked amazing! How long did you bake it for and @ what temp?
Thank you :) I appreciate your kind words. For the pie, I baked it at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes.

Your husband gets to eat at a 5 star restaurant everyday of the week!.....the sporadic non working locks I can see would drive you crazy. I had a pickup back in 2000 that started dying on me for no apparent reason and at somewhat unpredictable times. Lived with it for years and never solved it and when I finally got a new car just gave it to my shade tree mechanic
