This is the first time I've seen someone else use Gravity Sketch to visualize their CAD and continue designing a chassis before building it. Nice!

Only thing I’d change on it are the tires, probably should put something a bit more aggressive on it, most of the terrain I’ve driven on here in the States requires some pretty aggressive tires to make it through

Very impressive build. I like how you implemented 3D and goggles. It looks like you crouched to get in to the model. Did you ever consider a rear engine?
For this configuration it was the best choice to put the engine in the front.

That looks really good but from work ground clearance I think you should put portal axles
The vehicle is designed to perform well both off-road and on-road. portal axles make it unstable and high.

You can transfer a specific CAD file to the free 3d software in oculus.

I would like to see if you could use that transmission design and build and aluminum case. As you've mentioned the current design weighs 100lbs. Using 1/2" aluminum instead, milling, then tig welding it. You'll easily shave 25lbs. Also, I'd consider upgrading the steering unit to hydraulic or electric assist.
Yes, I've been looking at that. Only unfortunately I don't have a sponsor to get that done financially. Hopefully in the future.

The 4 link suspension is much more reliable and flexible on uneven terrain.

Unfortunately I don't have a sponsor or time to work on this full time. So this was completely earned by me. That's why it takes a lot of time. Many things are also based on grind hard and co or rather b welding
