Sorry for the shorter upload, working on something behind the scenes!
Shortening the belt will provide more torque your seeking, good job nice buildâïž
Put an air scoop on top of the kart, with a larger radiator, and a fan. It's also tuned for cold weather.
Hey bud. I run 7.8/1 overall from secondary. My 870 twin rated at 154hp boils tires on command. Top speed at 7400rpm is 58mph. With a 440cc top speed was 65mph at 9000rpm
Btw my tires are 19.5" tall. I'm contemplating going with a 11.2/1 all gear drive. Secondary bolts directly to input shaft of gear box. Trying to lower parasitic loss in drivetrain.
Rip it with sxsblog and you could help build hellforce
This channel is a smaller grind Hard plumbing. You deserve more subscribers
Hey as fans and if Vasily interested maybe we could help with a collaborative video. I know he dederveore viewers. So young and so talented
He'll get there
@Pasta TheMechanic I totally agree, but a suspension done by Ethan motor done by Vasily could be epic nonetheless đ
Nah...Vasily has broken way more bones...đ€Ș
For Real
What you're doing at your age already is wildly impressive. Can't wait to see where you are 5+ years from now with the wealth of knowledge and skill you'll acquire in that time. Good shit mane. Keep it up. Who knows maybe you'll start the cross rally kart kick the U.S needs đ as a country that loves motorsports so much idk why it isn't more popular here.
Man you crank these out for sure i watch all the other guys like red c&c ect and they seem to be more focused on pleasing sponsors. Your just making bad ass stuff for yourself to enjoy
Rather B Welding is another really good channel in the same vein as this.
@@predatorinc9924 hell yeah he is. He and Vasily where my inspiration for my 670cc buggy build
Ditto on adding a cooling fan, and I recommend a Davies-craig fan controller, that's what I'm running. Allows you to run up to two radiator fans, has a digital temp readout, only needs a 12v source, adjustable from 100-230F, and is pretty cheap IMO. Great build Vasily this things a beast!
I agree with the fan as well, but also moving the Rad centered behind the drivers head in front of the engine. It could be collecting heat from the engine and not getting enough air.
I have cooling issues on my 600 when the temperature is above 75F , I added another radiator I had laying around, I'll see what that does. Two radiators and two fans on a 140 thermostat switch hooked to a relay. I still have the original thermostat switch hooked up so that I have a temp light and it goes into limp mode when it gets it warm... Not sure what temp it is hitting but it does not spit out coolant.. Part of the problem I think is that I added a windshield and a canvas top and the engine and radiator don't get the air flow they did before.. czcams.com/channels/G4yu3qZEzNxekujP3xo3WQ.html
You repaired and tuned the vehicle in the video yourself. In Korea, people with this kind of talent are called "gold hands."
That's really cool. This is the best video. thank youđđđ
Vasily!!! Brother!!! đł *Now you have to hookup the front diff for some front traction.* This is looking like a Honda Pilot FL400 slayer! đ„đ„đ„
couldn't help but notice the LS in the background đ đđ
At the 6:43 mark I think you can see your receiver tumbling down the road behind your rig.
If you invested in more collabs your view rate would skyrocket.
Youâre incredibly talented bro donât let anyone take that from you, God Bless
Real talk and what is so cool about it is he's in his own shead with basic tools an a cheap lil welder hes self
Youâre one hell of a fabricator. Always enjoy the content, keep up the nice work man!!
Man, you are INCREDIBLE!!!!! Just casually moving the power steering rack and redesigning upper control arms BLOWS MY MIND!!!! You are an artist!!!
Sounds awesome. It makes a change from all those 4-stroke buggy. Keep it up.
That thing looks amazing vasily! Canât wait for the next video on it or a full send video!
Apologies for the slower uploads. I Took a small break from building + working on some stuff in the background.
Let's get some more content of this!
spot on with all of your builds man! keep up the great work đȘđȘđȘ
Put a decent fan on the radiator with a thermostat switch/relay try 180°f. Notice it didn't overheat going down the road. Also, don't let the coolant move too fast. Slow it down enough to cool down while it's in the radiator. Use a water outlet restrictor instead of a thermostat
Awesome build! Power, sound, 2 stroke... Perfect. But you need a fan on that radiator, without it you have no air passing trough the radiator to cool the water when you driving at low speeds, so the engine overheats. The same that happens to the Yamaha RD LC (I already had one).
That thing is sweet I wish I had a shop where I could work on my fab skills it would be nice to see you put a bumper on the front high mounted winch
Glad to see you back my guy.. keep âem coming!
So it was the Receiver we see bouncing down the road from under the cart.I wondered what fell off./It Rips !! A fan's needed as it's not cold enough.Awesome work Vasily ! /Edit=6:42-4 is where you can look alongside the road in case it's in 1 piece.
Ready to see more of this one !!! Love the build !!
Another great build. Turned out awesome. Can't wait to see it wheelie.
I really like it the only thing I would change is the front of the top cage is higher than the rear I think a slight down grade or the same would look awesome
You should have a fan on there running at all time especially if your running it at low speeds. That engine uses snow to keep it cool.
Nice job. You really do some awesome builds.
A wizard with that tac welding. Cool build and buggyđ
Your one of the few that still stick to the classic CZcams vis style! So glad I don't have to sit thru sponser reels!
3211065 belt number for 12.5" centre to centre for 12" 3211066 or 3211070 . Awesome build looks like a blast . I've been running them 700 sleds for years.
Keep up the good work! Thanks for keeping the content clean and family friendly.
I can already tell this one is going to be a ripper! Dang Vasily you donât even have it dialed in yet and it looks amazing. Keep up the good work youâre definitely on point with this buildđ
Broooo been waiting for so long for this đŻđđđ
I know this is late but I love the fact you use really high end engine parts and torque bolts. Kudos bro!! So much ahead some other clowns doin these style vids. U got an awesome future my man!!! Multi-Millionaire boundâŠ
Awesome work.. love the video. This Go Kart is pretty impressive....
Ive been watching you since before you got the nascart. Man your getting older. Gained a LOT of skills in the years. Keep it up young man!! Good job!
That's super cool buddy you sure know what you are doing take care buddy and God bless đ you â€ïž.
I love all these dune buggy videos man!
love the project, i dont know if your giving it full throttle or not but i feel like from snowmobiling you should put light weights on the clutch and get the RPM's up a little, it doesn't sound to be getting to 8000 i cant wait to see this thing again and whatever projects you got behind the scenes.
Nice build man, this turned out awesome! Definitely should add some radiator fans. High revving 2 strokes in the woods on slow trails is a recipe for overheating. Doesn't putt around the same as a 4 stroke in higher gear.
Your builds are great ! Keep building đȘThe Stuck Poo đ© commercial was Great and im no longer Stuck đâźïž
Thatâs really fast.Great job.
I like it.. a few ideas.. if you havent already i would verify the water pump is circulating properly.. you could add a piece of sheet metal above the rad to direct air down into it.. also a coolant overflow bottle mite be a good idea.. i def think the belt is slipping.. and if the belt gets wet its going to slip as well..
I'd love to see you make some more videos on it. It's an amazing build
If your belt is to long you won't be getting bottom end power like you should. Be like starting in 2nd gear.
Love the channel and the build. Hell I love anything 2 stroke.
They sell a civic eBay radiator thatâs pretty beefy. Think itâs triple tube 1â tubes⊠Nothings going to work without a fan⊠2 strokes generate the heat⊠Especially snowmobile engines, due to how much power theyâre makingâŠ
Just put a 480 Phazer engine in a Ezgo work horse. First rip with tuned pipe, and the front end is 3â off the ground lmao
Another great video love your content very talented
I think your right, just need some electric fans. Especially when your goin slow offroad
Great build bro
Little advice when use part of chassis to add some more braces they use cheap thin wall and u go over u will twist it like pretzel I've done something similar and till this day don't remember what happened but being pinned in a collapsed chassis wasn't fun and I was going as fast as damaged look I add a bar higher on side for side flip shoulder or arm from impact also a fire wall behind u at 42 and 60 plus broken bones and 200+stiches not to scare u but to inform safety that we all over look when building something and other might work about take in consideration I've might not be so broken up keep up great work and have wonderful day.
Word of advice. Bevel the ends of your pipes at like a 45° angle where your using a heim joint. That will make sure you have plenty of penetration for a strong weldment.
Love to see couple.more video of this buggy
So impressed for a one man builder!
I have a polaris 700, and plan on putting it on a cart too!
Goes well love the 2 stroke
Fantastic build Bro legit cool af. A suggestion riding sleds most my life. The cooling system runs on radiator rails under the tunnel and snow cools it. Idk so maybe something along the lines of A flowing system like a water cooled gaming pc
Just suggestions my friends or ideas. Awesome Work all around
I got a Polaris scrambler with a Yamaha 500 sled engine and it hasnât overheated yet.. stock rad..fast AF⊠working on clutching now..
I wish I could afford one of your builds. Absolutely sick af!!!
Hell yeah looks wicked
Nothing can touch that 2 steoke feeling and power
Great job
Sick build if you want more power put the stock 98 XC 700 exhaust and also eventually tune youâre clutches to youâre gearing and weight of the machine, and like you noted the belt too figure out youâre center to center from youâre primary clutch and your secondary clutch to help figure out what belt size you need
I just finished my lil Vespa moped project today. 31 mph!!!
Damn I got an old 2 seat China buggy that we got for my baby sis like 10 years ago. Had to put 2x4s on pedals so she could reach. (she was 6 or 7) But we do have like 10 rotax 583 and 670 engines just collecting dust that would be cool in the China buggy. Built n raced honda odysseys for a while. That why I have those engines, cause I'm in Southern Maryland and never owned a snowmobile
Snowmobiles run HOT , gonna need dual fans on that thing. Nd clutch sounds a bit boggy, check out sum clutch kits also.
Just put that oem civic fan on it. Sled engines have high output electric system to run it.
@@jaydensdream714 true enuff, between hand warmers and headlights should be enuff to power a decent fan
Yo I love what youâre doing with these karts! I got a 02â f4i with 20k on it that is a great bike but man I wanna build something like what youâre doing with the power train.
Yeah the rad is fine! It just needs a fan because there isnt any airflow when your going slow!
Man your builds are sick..wish I could be like that..hahaâșïž
Third here! Absolutely pumped to see some more of this build đ
Krazy man and I love it...
Man Iâve been watching you along time youâve come a long way good job dude.
If you drop that cage in the front itâll make it look a lot better just my opinion though. Keep up the good work man
You definitely have my respect as an atv powersports fabricator welder đŻ
something in the background; with maybe that LS engine behind you as you infomercialed us about Squarespace? Just asking for a friend! This new beastie looks strong in the Force, Vasily!
Spam SXSblog let's get you ripping this with the big side by side boys
If you run a shorter belt, it just slightly changes the gearing-- because it won't ride as high up on the main clutch when you first take off. It's only a subtle difference really.
Look like a lot of fun
Very nice!
My guy, sled engines are meant too be cooled by snow, HUGGGEE radiator with strong fans. Might work out for you. Love your builds dude! Been a follower for a while now. Keep on keeping on đđ€
If you go to a shorter belt and are afraid of a run away use $18 1 channel wireless relay to kill it I used one to put auto start on my lawnmower works great
I would love to see you make a shopping cart go kart!
You should have way more subscribers that C&C... great work sir.
I ran a civic radiator with a arctic cat 580 sled motor in a modified carbide 150 buggy.it never overheated on me.had a Polaris quad fan on it just in case but I never wired it up lol
Consider cutting off those grab points on the cage and replacing them with soft grab straps. They protrude inward a good bit and pose a hazard for head injury (even with a helmet)
This is what money and time can achieve, still kinda regret selling my 150hp buggy but there was no-where to drive it and it needed work all the time
Love the builds, do you wish you had reverse on most your karts or is it really not needed?
I'm in the process of building mine but still can't decide if I should stick with the polaris sportsman 500 gearbox which has high, low and reverse or do what you do and run just a diff and shaft to the clutches.
Get a voltage regulator for a electric start model sled .. then u can charge a battery.. then u can run electric fans
I appreciate the video
Try cooling fan first if that doesn't quite work go through and put the better radiator but still keep the fan is it if it's already wired up
Definitely add a fan
hey great build quick question did you use the factory clutches no weight changes
i have a build same enging having issue with gearing
As stated add electric fans. But i ran into something similar on a build like this. You need to run a thermostat too. Without a t-stat the water is moving to fast to cool in radiator properly. It doesn't dissipate heat because it is flowing too fast and it also does not absorb enough heat from engine so it is also running hotter too. I added a remote T-stat and housing from a 4 wheeler and it was crazy how much better it cools
This ski already has a thermostat
Snowmobile powered sxs is perfect not to much id rip it all day i would put headlights taillights blinkers mirrors make a windshield and get it registered as a Rail Buggy or a SXS
You should add a fan to that radiator, that engine was meant to run in winter time under a much lower load.
the radiator cap is supposed to do that, you need to put a hose on it into an expansion tank where its fill level is the top of the system
Dude that thing is so f'ing awesome. I'm so jelly. Wish I could build the same thing T_T
Pretty sure he pickeda all the crafting skills when at womb main menu đ
The thing RIPS!!
Mad Max . . . đ
I think you just need a fan that radiator is plenty big enough great work
