- Continue on from looking at the super cheap options, today we take a look at a mates little 2 story apartment in the heart of Legian.
For around $200-300 (aud) you might be able to find a cheap little studio and make it your own.
Retire in Bali, Live in Bali or just have a place to stay whenever you want to visit. There are reasonable alternatives to expensive resorts, you just have to know where to look.
Even though im back living Australia i still have place there. I pay $370 month for 2 bedroom unit including Rent,Bajar fees and Water.

The location of this place is actually crazy
It's stupidly close to Melasti / Sinar hotels
If you go right you have tons of food and beach close by
If you go left you have Garlic Lane etc
To think a little place like that is worth $200 a month is CRAZY GOOD!
But you have to rent it sometimes for 5 years to get pricing like that

Hmm nice clean area to live..a lot cleaner than Thailand.here back in Oz that would cost AUD 495 a week no beach no bar,s.
Great video sir! Im planning to save enough for a year or two and move to Bali in the near future. I've already watched loads of vids how to save money and how "cheap it is" and mostly ppl were saying I will need atleas 1300-1500usd to live. Your vid with 200/month for place to sleep would be more than I need :)

It really is a good location .. I stay at Melasti resort across the road or Grand Sinar behind the laundry LOVE IT !!

Caravans or motor homes are not seen here. Too big for the roads, even car trailers are almost every aeen

The problem is mate the new foreigners tax in Thailand on any income brought to Thailand you have to live more than 6 months a year, so Thailand not such a good option

My husband and I thoroughly recommend Sunset Dental Clinic on Sunset Road, Seminyak. Our dentist said they couldn't do a root canal on a tooth in the front of his mouth. SDC did it and the temporary filling stayed in until we went back to Bali a little over a year later when he had the crown put in. 😊
