Hopefully when I get out of tech school I have the opportunity to join afrotc. I'm in the reserves too by the way and I have an associates degree. I will also be looking into UTSA as 1st choice. I have two friends ones doing reserves and the other is still in air national guard, they still are able to balance it all, after you contract though I think you have to terminate your reserve status cause contracted Cadets are technically reserves

Daisy Garcia you need to do 3 years minimum for airforce rotc however they make exceptions for certain majors like aerospace engineering from what I’ve been told.
I know that through ROTC you can become an officer but I also know that not everyone that does the program becomes an officer. What is the percentage of people that don't become an officer and what separates the people that finish the program and don't become officers vs those who do

Mohamed Bah My situation is way different considering Im prior. You'd have to ask a traditional cadet but I think you can manage. You're only in AFROTC on the days you have that class. Def easy to continue being a regular college student. I don't think it's that hard to get an AFROTC scholarship. You can Google the requirements.
2 things. How did you commission after only 2 years? And PLEASE do a video about the gi bill. I separate in April after my deployment, gonna pay some things off and then start school in August with about 24 credits. So yes I need all the gi bill info you can hand out. Thanks for your videos

If it is too late but you are not too old, try to get it but go for a Masters degree.
