That’s crazy how a luxury realtor was kind enough to let her shadow her for a day. I’m a new realtor and I asked people in the office I could shadow them and I heard nothing but crickets

She most likely let her shadow as a means of networking with another realtor CZcamsr in the area.
They’re the worst when it comes to competition
At that point I would change brokerage. I’m also working on getting my license right now.
I’m a new realtor as well. You can shadow others outside of your brokerage as well. I do it all the time. Something I love to do in my area in Tampa , is go to the high rise condos and meet with their sales agents. They typically will have time to show you a unit and teach you a lot. They don’t travel all over town like us since they sell in there building. Maybe try that? Hope it helps!

I’m actually in shock right now! This video is exactly what I needed to see. I am currently getting my real estate license and I have been actively watching real estate videos on CZcams when I came across your channel. I watched a few, loved how real you were with your everyday, and subscribed. I found another channel where she talked about luxury real estate and that market and realized that is what I wanted to go into. The following day you posted a video mentioning being interested in luxury too. I was so excited to hear that because I knew you would capture your journey and I could see what goes on before I am able to get myself out there! I live in Orlando so I thought your videos being in Tampa would be really similar and relatable :) I then switched my searches to luxury real estate and I found Tiffany. I was amazed at how much of a boss she was! And even better knowing she was IN MY AREA! I knew I needed to gather everything I could from her videos. Fantastic video and great content. You're doing a good job and I think mentoring with someone who's been in the business for a while to see and hear their trials and tribulations will help you greatly. I've been a realtor for 6+ years and every day has been a learning experience. You have to aim high and when you talk about your commission don't talk about 5% go 6 or 7% and then when they want to back down then you're at the 5%. Don't let them underestimate your value because time is money and we spend a lot of time not getting paid. Can't wait to see your other videos

Passing the Real Estate exam is when you study hard, if you can’t study or you don’t have time for your studies I’d advise you get yourself a help like Mr Mason Gomez.
I’ve always believed that Real Estate exam is not for all but studying, you need God’s grace to pass .
People keep talking about Mason all over CZcams, he must be a very awesome help.

I studied for months and couldn’t pass, I guess passing is a blessing.

How do you find new developements that are off market?? :))
I am learning a lot from watching your vlogs. I do have some feedback or rather questions for Tiffany. She stressed the importance of using a transaction coordinator however there was no mention of how much that would cost you as an agent? I am a new agent and I can't imagine being able to afford to hire someone full time for that position esp if I have not had any sales yet. At what point do you scout for a transaction coord?

100%. I have worked with quite a few Realtors, unfortunately it's an easy business to get into, with little to no oversight. You really have to choose your real estate agents wisely. To most agents, it's just a sales job. To the really good agents, it's a job to be taken seriously and one that should be backed with experience. Customer service should be a top priority. The phone call shows an agent who isn't listening to her client and even worse dismisses the client's concerns and laughs it off after the phone call. Sad.

The best investment one can do right now is investing on real estate though stocks are good but ever since I swapped to real estate, I've seen so much difference.
