Visited once, Initial hospitality is good. But food taste and serving s not that much as expected. When we asked for few items second time they started avoiding our table. But all interviews n videos are just opposite to what we experienced there. Visit once without any expectations.

Absolute waste of money. We went to this hotel on 2.10.2018. They collected 600rs from us but 500rs was collected from others because v told them tat we are from outstation. The food was worth rs250. Worst quality food. Even ice-cream was not of good quality. Fried chicken was the only dish we liked.

Have seen so many videos of this UBM hotel.I was very much impressed initially.But on seeing this video i had a doubt if they are really Genuine ? Because when they say they don't expect money from any of them and they would expect whatever they offer then how come the price is fixed as 500 or 600 for one person ? Please clarify if someone had gone there and whats the truth ?Your comments will give some idea for people like me who are planning to go there.Thanks

what they talk infront of camera is mere acting.if you visit the hotel you will come to know hoe money minded couples they are.now they charge rs.600 per head which is not cheap and the treatment is worst.
now they are charging 650 per person. we were 3 gave him 2000. but he didn't gave me balance rs.50. and all dishes are too salty...and spicy..worst taste..we had only chicken fry. fake people..acting too much..

Either you should be their own marketing team or you have not much explored our kovai or erode or near sathyam anga lam we have 100s of hotel as this for same menu Rs 400 and 500 with better taste and better menus and less acting... I was one of a person waited for two days to get their appointment for a lunch reading your kind of people's review totally waste of time.

These TV shows are really fake went After I went seeing the review Hype given in Google I felt the reviews were given by their own marketing team. Or else these people are Fools who can be cheated so easily. They were very good in acting and the food was not that worth Go once here ask Pura or vankozhi or goat for a second serve you will know their reality immediately.... And as some were defending for them saying Rs 650 the food was more.... Are people who have not explored our kovai or erode their are 100 of hotels for better taste and same menu less price but with less acting
