Already applied all these things on me, but here in Pakistan. Interviwers are even 1:30hr late or they just interview 1st person and ok.
I know these things happen only in small companies (so bcz of this they are small), but a freshie need to start his journey from small...

How long or short our answers should be for asked questions. And most importantly, please make a video on how to introduce ourselves. This is trickiest part for me.

Is it compulsory to answer in English if you are being questioned in English. Or if we are asked in urdu. What is this dilemma. What language should we use?

It depends on the job that you are applying for....If the job includes that you have to speak in English, then you must show that you can do it. I will try to answer this in a video soon.
