So women who are virtuous are obedient to God and guard the hidden as God has guarded it. As for women who feel averse, talk to them suasively; then leave them alone in bed (without molesting them) and go to bed with them (when they are willing). If they open out to you, do not seek an excuse for blaming them. Surely God is sublime and great.” It was my favourite part. Apart, I just loved why Shams did not slept with Kimya because she wasn't 18, because like Prophet, he did not slept with Hazrat Ayesha until she was 18. This novel is my personal favourite. It's even above Pir e Kamil or Alchemist or etc.

I think the way you've interpreted the line, "Don't go with the flow, be the flow." is exactly what it actually means. Like this line is telling you to decide where the flow is headed. It's telling you to stop going with the flow created by others. Rather be the flow, even if it is against the direction other's flow is going. It was fun watching this video.

You have to read it consistently, only then you will be able to understand the threads of stories. since in this book, two stories are being told side by side. If you are not a dedicated reader, you will not be able to connect them from right ends.
