1 cup boiling water
4 packages different colors 'no sugar added' Jell-o
1/2 cup salt
2 tbs Cream of Tartar
1 tbs Oil

This turns out great. You must modify the flour to 2&1/2 Cups.
One cup will be way too wet

Sugar free jello is best because if u use regular Jello that has sugar I won’t thicken because the sugar makes it watery and it won’t combine well

+Sarabeth Jankowiak You can leave the cream of tartar out and add just a little more salt. Itmay not last as long. Use the 'no sugar added' Jello though for sure!

Do you have to keep it in the fridge? Couldn't you just keep it in the cupboard in those bags? It seems like it would be so hard to play with if it was kept in the fridge....
