I did the same , I took like 8 days off because vlogmas was hard on me. 64.7mph is my fastest speed

That style air filter is holding you back. Also to correct the bog before 35 you need the NCY straight grove drive pully for the rear. That and to tune the rollers. It will have that speed and accelerate so hard it wants to wheelie. I have two Zuma scoots both with big bores one breaks the 70 with a little person. And my girls is just like yours. 55 all day long.

Remove the washer on the front pulley adds 5mph top end. Get michelin bopper tires adds another 5 top end

I'm curious clutch, variaotr, springs (contra and clutch), exhaust, cdi (if any), crankshaft and bbk.
I wasn't able to locate part 1.

You're on the wrong one of three adjustments plunger above the carb

I ported my carb & re jetted. Im running an Athena 50cc. Doing 60+. Now i think im gonna try the 70cc kit.
No torque wrench even fake it till you make it! 90 or 110cc the bomb .com..,
