    Thank you so much. I learned premixing the eggs and rice before frying worked well. I didn't have green onions, so I used chopped white onions and also added frozen green peas.

    Yoshimi San konichiwa i eated a dish 20 years ago in japanese house until now i remembered that taste of it its a dish nasubi or talong called here in my country i wish you could teach us this dish a dish i ate 20 years ago but i dont know how called that in japanese thank you Yoshimi San ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

      Nasubi means eggplant and with the name I can’t tell which dish you are referring to. Can you share the picture ?
