I had the estate version with the same spec but with the 2.5 petrol engine and that was a mistake, it lacked performance and drank petrol like a fish. The 3.0 was a more sensible option with better tourqe and the same economy. In this Mk1 guise they can be rattle prone and mine was from new, the much improved face lifted Mk 2 solved most of the early issues, but are hard to find with a petrol engine. With some tlc to the paintwork this sample will be a solid buy.
