The saddest part about the comment to Strad about Daddy's money is that he lost his dad fairly recently, and it hurt him so much. I can only imagine how that would feel for him in that moment.
I felt actual rage when that happened…I would have shoved her back in her cars seat and send her on her way.

He’s a sweet guy too. Probably sweeter than the men in her family, and much more morally sound. He has a high IQ, which often means a better understanding of basic morals. Which she obviously doesn’t understand well.
I feel you 100% on that but thing is Strad is like one of the most forgiving and friendly people on earth. I’m sure he understood why she was so angry about them just “showing up” even though both channels have their dedicated purposes on how they contribute back. Believe it or not both guys put the right impressions on young kids unlike some random rich car owners who drive recklessly and quite literally show off way too much!!

That’s what I was thinking. They don’t owe her an explanation about what they do for others because it’s their choice to decide to do with their money. If they want to buy cars that’s just what they can and should be able to do, without her coming up to them like that
For real I would’ve ignored all of her questions and would of allowed her to keep believing whatever preconceived notions she thinks about me because entertaining her questions would be a waste of my time and patience. The way she was questioning them felt condescending like she was about to ask them to give her physical proof that they do charity work. I would’ve just asked her if she’s done any charity work look at her reaction and watch the realization slowly settle in and then I would’ve drove off before she had any chance to argue with me about how much charity she does in her community.
I wouldve done that, but not when my kids are standing next to me, you have to teach them about respecting elderly people.
They handled that trashy humanoid very poorly. I have a feeling your way would have been much better. She deserved a serious scolding followed by ridicule and insults.
I started dying when she accused James of having daddy’s money, given the fact that the man was living in his car for a time hoping for a big break. Normally being passive is the best way to deal with Karen’s like that, but respect to y’all for not letting her say all that without hitting her with something back 🤣

Sad part is, people cant understand that young people may have worked harder than they did. So when they see someone younger with something that shows the fruits of their labor that they likely cant do themselves, they hate and judge instead of celebrating them. I’m not singling him out, he’s just the only one Ive followed through the years, when he lived in his TT. Holy hell, thank you guys for being so transparent with your lives for us to see, because I know we need it.
Dude the audacity that woman had to go up to a group of complete strangers and start questioning them on their morality is just completely mind boggling. Like who tf is she? That’s the question that needed to be asked. Y’all handled her much more respectfully than I’d of lol.
This type of behavior is just unfathomable to normal people. She strikes me as old and bitter seeing the world changing and passing her up, unsatisfied with her accomplishments and how life turned out. She's also basically, for lack of a better term a virtue signaler, and almost everyone who guilt trips others for their perceived moral inferiority, in my experience, are literally the worst and most judgemental and hateful people lol.
But there's also this phenomenon, especially with the younger generations, of hating anyone even barely upper middle class and above. There's always the assumption that they 1) didn't work for their money, and 2) are morally bankrupt and terrible people. It's ludicrous. They're also expected to give away literally their entire fortune as charity, to be spread among everyone with less than them, and I guess leave them with just enough to survive? Like how dare you have a million dollars and not just hand over 950 grand.

I saw a clip of this and it’s always “daddy’s money” and they don’t realize how much time and effort it took to get where you guys are now.

I am nothing but inspired seeing these stories of people who crawled out of nothing to having the most secure life ever. Never assume and judge based on appearances. She literally called out strad and said he was daddy’s money based off appearance and probably personality. Lad literally lived in his car to survive. She absolutely picked the wrong group to attack with her jealousy.
It’s easy to write off anybody successful as a trust fund kid, it makes it easier to deal with the fact people are out here making millions a year, even billions.

If i was James i would have snapped when she said "daddys money" following James on youtube for like 8 years knowing that he is the furthest thing from daddys money and especially knowing what relationship he had with his dad... The audacity of that lady to call out James for "Daddy's money" knowing his story and everything that has happened to him this year. It's things like that that really boil my blood. I really hope that she finds Strad's story and feels mortified by her behavior.
I used to work at the Texas Roadhouse Strad would always come to in Utah so ive met him a few times, he is honestly one of the most genuine and nicest guys ive ever met. we would talk about his future plans with cars before he even talked about it on the channel, and about both our lives. he really didnt have to be that nice to me but he was and ill appreciate it forever

So I got this through the algo, let me say the part at 5:30 is spot on, some of my favorite experiences are kind owners letting me sit in the car and take photos or row through the gears, it's funny how that can be such a positive moment. Lol, That lady is upset about the message you guys are sending to the kids when in fact if the kids were to grow up to be like you guys they would be able to give back even more rather than following her lifestyle. Keep up the great work guys and keep inspiring more kids! Great video!
