    I want to apply for a job position as a Front Desk receptionist at a hotel. I am currently trying to learn as much as possible about this position, qualifications and responsibilities, daily duties. If anyone has any suggestions for me ? Where to learn more about check ins, reservations etc.

    If it is the guest's birthday 🎂 what questions do you ask them to engage well for conversation?

      If you know it is guests Birthday at the check in you can validate that and just say:" We noticed it is your special day, we wish you a Happy Birthday! Is there anything we can do to make it even more special for you?" at that time read your guests response and evaluate. If you feel appropriate you can add :" If you don't any plans already, I would like to provide you with this complimentary beverage/dinner coupon whatever to enjoy on us"
