I ordered this poultry gate, but I received the big hole sheep netting. I contacted them, and they sent replacement, but it’s also the sheep netting… again. They are shipping another… fingers crossed it’s the correct netting. Same with the fencing, wrong stuff sent. Replacement sent, again the wrong stuff sent. Great product, I do believe you haven’t lead us wrong in your recommendations … but the order fulfillment is awful at Starkline, it’s like they slap a label of nearest box. It’s been weeks of this back & forth.
Hopefully they’ll get it right. I can say that out of the 10 or 11 orders we’ve placed, so far everything has been correct.

It sounds good i have a lot of problems with chipmunks, bunnies, kangeroo rats and mice. So maybe this will keep them out, cuz nothing has so far. Thanks for the review.
I don’t don’t know about keeping the small guys out! Maybe I’ll recommend a smaller weave netting to them.

I just got the newer gate 2 days ago. The metal ring on the opening side is a smaller diameter than the ones on the hinged side, so it is very difficult to open. It won't pass over the plastic cap without using force, because the hole is too small. I contacted them and informed them about it. They said they can't send me a replacement ring. So far I'm not impressed with the product or the customer service. It's too bad, I hope they make it right.
Apparently the instructions that were provided with the gate were incorrect. They sent a copy of the correct instructions, which worked.
