He fucked up not letting them call Kramer from the series, Kenny. If he would’ve done so he’d be more recognized as the inspiration for Seinfeld’s Kramer and in turn be more famous (and rich).

There are several characters from the show based on real people, some of them using almost identical names. None of them are super famous just off that alone.
And it's not upto him to decide what name they choose. They couldn't use Kenny Kramer because a completely different show already had that name for their character. Both fictional Kramers may be based on IRL Kenny but they're still fictional as the producers want to own the IP. Seinfeld show could have named it directly after that IRL Kenny Kramer but then they wouldn't own the name as a distinct character, merely an on-screen representation of an IRL person.

WTH are you talking about? Kenny Kramer used to do bus tours in NYC visiting all the hot Seinfeld filming locations for years. His appearance on this show is completely insignificant. And I'm pretty sure he was on the Seinfeld DVD special features as well.
