Chinese PLA started to massively upgrade the border forces with newest equipments at high altitude. This video shows 6 new types of vehicles and 7 new types of barracks had been delivered to the border force units:

As an American I can honestly say the Indian army has 0 chance going against the modern PLA.
Sometimes foreign relations and war situation matter more than military capabilities. India has friendly relations with most of direct neighbours (except pakistan), western world especially quad members while china has many border conflicts in SCS and no strategic friend.
If war starts between Taiwan and China, and US with AUKUS or Quad gets involved with eastern China, India has capability to win on western chinese front.

Quad is not a military alliance. USA has no defense alliance either with Taiwan, and India certainly does not and also considers Taiwan as part of China.
In your example, if USA or Taiwan provokes China and war breaks out, why would India get involved? Even if India gets involved, what are they going to do? Invade China from over the Himalayas? Lol. That is impossible for India, and they would not win anything except get destroyed or nuked. India cannot invade China and China cannot invade India and both have no intention to do so.
Quad means nothing, and India will never join USA to be their cannon fodder against China. USA or AUKUS cannot defend Taiwan against any Chinese attack, and India can never invade China anywhere.
If USA has other countries involved to attack China, you think China will also not get help from Russia or North Korea or Pakistan, all nuclear countries bordering China? Not get help from Iran also?
India would quickly be destroyed going against China and Russia and Pakistan all at the same time.
If anything India will side with China over USA and west. India is already part of BRICS and SCO, and their influence is only going to grow as Iran and Saudi and turkey and others join in the next few years. They are already applicants and dialogue partners.
Every country in the Eurasian region is part of SCO already. I doubt India wants to join some western coalition and be against SCO since India would be surrounded by all hostile powers in SCO. Austealia can do it because it's an island far away, but India is China's direct neighbour and Pakistans. India can only just sit there and pray that no trouble starts since it can never beat China or Pakistan together. It can't even beat China alone, let alone combined with Pakistan and Russia also, where India gets all its weapons from still. India does not trust USA or west, india knows that it will be their turn next after China to get contained and suppressed if India ever actually rises and gets strong like China. And unlike China, India would collapse instantly if USA and west targeted their companies and banned them from western technologies etc since India has zero domestic capability and technology and totally reliant on foreign countries for everything including China.
India can't even win vs Pakistan by itself in Kashmir etc.. So it shouldn't even think about china at all. That is a funny joke. China has 5x bigger economy and is like 100 years ahead of India in domestic technology and manufacturing which is everything in war. China can replace their losses domestically, India cannot replace theirs and must beg other countries for help and to sell them weapons and replacements, which is not guaranteed in a war vs China. Russia will probably stay neutral and not sell India weapons, even if Russia still had Weapons to sell, since they need it for themselves in Ukraine.
Same for west. They already giving and selling everything to Ukraine and need it for themselves vs China. West also doesn't trust India, they will never share advanced tech with India and only sell India scraps at ridiculous prices. Just like they do to Taiwan. They will never sell f35 or share nuclear sub tech or anything advanced unless India becomes a US vassal state which India is not willing to become.
This is why quad is a joke. They can't even get India to vote against Russia at UN. They can't even get India to stop buying oil, but instead India buys EVEN MORE at cheaper prices and will continue to do so. Exactly the same position as China. On Ukraine India and China are the same.
And in basically all international issues, India and China vote the same way at the UN. China and India are natural partners. The only differences is due to border issues, and that is a legacy of colonial past which both countries suffered from. Difference is India now wants to use britains uniltateral declared border, which China obviously doesn't accept. Now India also joining warmongers and imperialists and USA and even Japan to contain China because India cannot compete by itself and has already lost to China economically since China has 5x bigger economy than India and the gap is only growing.
India needs to wake up and remember that they are Asian and that USA and Japan are imperialist powers who are only using India as cannon fodder against China in order to retain their hegemony.
However.. Unlike China, Indians are too emotional and egotistical. Not cool headed and pragmatic like China. When it comes to China, India are always emotional and never want to admit that they are weaker, which is the reality. They can bow to USA and west, but never China for some reason. This is the problem in India China relations. India doesn't know it's place and wants to be treated as equal when in reality it is 5-10 times weaker. It's like if Nepal or Sri Lanka wants to be treated as equal by India and always talk tough like they can defeat India militarily and are on the same level.. Sorry, but it doesn't happen because that is not reality. If Sri Lanka or Nepal talked that way to India, there would obviously be issues, because they do not know their place and relative strength.

What we're seeing at 24min seems pretty novel. "No missile shortage on the battlefield" is a pretty good slogan! This seems broadly similar to the ADATS system that was being developed when I was in college, it seems more advanced (that "Front Radar" looks special, is it electronically steered kind of thing?) and also looks like it actually works! I don't think we ever fielded ours. Robotic looking reloader looks pretty cool, pretty fancy but might shave off a few minutes?
Oh, it said "phased-array radar"! I didn't finish the video. Oops! Four targets at once is saying something, don't you think so? Sounds like science-fiction! So if a bunch of these are spread across the line, and they all fire at once, it could be pretty dramatic!
They should improve reloading faster. They can put these trucks on commercial ships. The Chinese has a 20,000 commercial fishing fleet. Put a few thousand of these trucks commercial ships to create mobile air defense systems that can reconfigure any shape.
