Well, that's why there are so many competitors. Because it obviously is profitable. No one would invest so much money in development if it wouldn't be worth it. And there are also way more countries with armys or police needs than there are vehicle manufacturers. It's all about specfic budgets and needs of the customer where supply and demand meet.
