Royal Enfield Scram | Ride to Mynydd Mawr | Llyn Peninsula

- Third and penultimate episode in of short series of videos exploring and discovering the amazing roads and landscapes of the Llyn Peninsula in north Wales on my Royal Enfield Scram 411. This part of the ride takes us to Mynydd Mawr and the achievement of m goal to see Bardsy Island.
Sunday 5th May and departing the stunning Traeth Porthor, Stan the Scram and myself continue our exploration of the exceptionally beautiful Llyn Peninsula. Heading West we ride some more traffic free narrow country lanes as we follow the Beelines directions to take us to Mynydd Mawr and and the incredible out to see and East towards the mountains of Snowdonia. So taken in by the beautiful landscape and glorious sunshine I spend an hour up there which presented me with an opportunity to further familiarise myself with the features of the HoverAir X1 drone.

Dave that was quite some ride and what a fabulous destination. You and the Beeline worked well together to take us through such a marvellous landscape and though you would have had some idea of what to expect, the reality was just so good. I could even smell the gorse 🤗
Hello Peter, apologies for the delayed response, my body clock is out of synch after working my first night shift for several years. What used to be business as usual a few years back has now surprisingly turned out to be quite a challenge. Great to hear you enjoyed this part of the ride, it was just so beautiful up on Mynydd Mawr and i managed to achieve my goal of seeing Bardsy Island close up rather than a feature on the horizon across Barmouth Bay, it was a lot smaller than I expected. I didn't want to leave the place and spent at least an hour up there just taking in the majesty of the place. 😃

@@MerciaMoto I appreciate all your work Dave. My injury has kept me housebound so these vlogs are therapeutic.. I have settled down to some serious Video editorials and colourist studies i Davinci Resolve. I am doing four hours study every day. I will keep you the Talisker for Christmas but if you ever have some important footage that is poor quality I am more than happy to throw my recovery skills at it. working with 1080 drift ghost footage has given me a solid skill set in extracting detail. The osmo 4 footage is solid 95% of the time. But murphy's law :(. Keep safe Dave.. and i look forward to more W3W at a nice park with the Greasy glove picnic lads and that special cake stand :))) 💯❤🩹🎶📽🎬🤓
