Spain keeps surprising me with those hidden gems.

It’s a lovely walk back down to the foot of the cable car via Espinama. I say down but the bit from Espinama on is all up hill!

Amazing place. The cable car ride looks really good, We love all the snow we have zero knowledge of how to spot a avalanche. The pictures are stunning.

Love your video. We were there about three weeks ago. Amazing place and well worth the drive up from Santander. Almost all the snow was melted at that stage apart from up on the peaks. Not noted for my love of heights but no way would I miss the opportunity to experience The Picos! The north of Spain is the most wonderful place. So many beautiful places to visit. My daughter was lucky enough to spend the last year working in Santander. We'll definitely be returning.
We completely agree about Northern Spain , it's truly amazing isn't it. We thought we knew Spain until we went there , we now feel more educated about this amazingly diverse country. Thanks for watching and commenting we really appreciate it . best wishes Helen and Martin.

Fantastic to see the area with snow. We were there last summer on a hot day and walked from the cable to where you filmed. Such a beautiful area
Absolutely as a developing photographer it was a stand out moment to be up there. Further up the passes were impassable with avalanche warnings in place. I loved it . Best wishes H and M

I remember visiting here several years ago and looking at the cable car ascending what looks almost vertically into the mist. Absolutely no way I could have gone up in it.
