My guess would be the same growth hormone deficiency Hasbulla Magomedov has, which is one of the only kinds of dwarfism which leads to people still appearing childlike later in life. Funny coincidence, too, since Hasbulla is Russian himself and I always thought Katyusha might be part Russian. Maybe there's a connection there? 🤔
