Today in Death Must Die we play Lorien and go all out with an Energy Missile ONLY strike build, which ends up demolishing the last boss in just 0.19 seconds. A skill of the character is that on a crit, he will trigger a strike 3 times - but what if we just have a single strike? Correct! It will trigger it like crazy!

Question: Could we make a busted DOJ/Insta kill build with CD reduction buffs and large area insta kills like DOJ, Sudden Death, Tale of Time?
The problem is cooldown doesn't work in great ways, as in 100% halves it and 200% 1/3 it. But I'll think about how this could be done
I like the war main attack better for the strike set up. You end up sending like 10 projectiles every shot getting more triggers. The xp from time is nice but I've found war to be better. You can leave out time completely actually and go war, holy, then necro/lightning/earth. And if you want more xp you can get it from the necro Cursed enemies drop xp
Time field is amazing on Lorian with additional attack projectiles, bounce and chance to cast from skilltree. Gods:Time for timefield, stillnes(cast duration), Justice for Cast AoE and Iilong For Urgency(Cast CDR) and you cast like 6 timefields size of your screen that last 10+seconds ^^
I don't even know what the Djinn is. This guys videos are like a whole different game.

Hi Dex I figure I might as well ask you instead of like reddit or something since you're knowledgeable here. What does luck affect exactly? Is it just strikes that are on attack hit?
Luck affects anything that has actual chance stats, so not odds but chance. Some are affected differently, e.g. Soulstealer is only affected at a 1:3 rate, meaning 3 luck give it 1%. You can hover over the stat and it'll explain what it affects and what it doesn't affect in a general sense
Something that I've noticed that is broken as far as spawning all those projectiles? They all home in on only one target; or rather they will focus on one target beyond their HP, wasting a lot of them. Look at this video. You'll see tons of missiles just focusing on just one point and even after the enemy is gone, hitting that spot it used to be in, doing no damage. I think the max number of end points I saw was 5, maybe 4. It would be amazing if the shots just looked for an enemy, not just one specific enemy, and killed everything around you rather than expending themselves on nothing.

I tried this build. I messed up and took a few including Hurricane and Chain Lightning with Energy Missiles. My mistake. Just take Tornados and call it a day. Really powerful too.

What have they done to this game?????????? I had completed on max difficulty with all characters except the newest one. I have mythic gear in every slot; and yet, I cannot kill a single boss with most characters now. - Also, the shop only has basic upgrades and all drops have been basic - this is pathetic, the game is broken and it feels like you need about 1000 hours grind to beat the first boss.
you can get to difficulty 100 in around 10 hours. the unique item farm is the only time sink in the game
play the second level a few times to get Tier 2 items. The blue tier 2 can challenge tier 1 mythic.
