It is great seeing the inner workings. I like that sticker idea, it truly does seem to have easy quick information at the ready.

Your methods are well explained. I heartily agree. I like how you us clean you don't add anything to the bath and you don't overdo the time. My record collection is made up of thousands of lps from 40 to 70 years old with some new lps. I bought a reostat the allows me to slow down the rotisserie. I also preclean with G2 solution and run about 8 to 10 minutes so that the whole lp gets about 3 minutes of cleaning. I have a 35 year old Nittygritty 1.5 vacuum machine that I use to dry the lps when done. Excellent results even on really old lps. Like you said, it can't fix damaged lps, but I don't play those. Nice video.

Thanks. Yeah I’ve read about different additives but I find I get really good results with just water.
      Thanks for watching!

Thank you very much for answering me through a super complete video!
I didn't know these brands of inner & outer sleeves that you use! I'll check that out!
I really liked the way you do with your hypestickers! I'm going to ask permission and adopt the same format in my collection! Keep spinning!

Great video! But it’s all wrong! Haha I’m definitely all about keeping the shrink and those sweet hype-stickers!

      No shrink! Haha.
I do keep the hype stickers but I keep them on the back. I wanna see that sweet, sweet artwork on the album cover.

Why do you use a paper towel instead of using a lint free microfibre cloth?

    • @sador42vinyl91

From my experience I have not had any negative side effects with dabbing the record with a paper towel to get the excess water off. But, that isn’t to say that a “lint free microfiber cloth” wouldn’t be more suitable for this job.

The Ultrasonic is pretty loud. You’d want to turn it on in another room I think. It’s pretty annoying. 😂 But it does its job.
I put links to the outer sleeves (clearbags) in the description. I want to say they are 2mil but the description on their site or on Amazon should confirm.

I can't really recommend any other Ultrasonic machines because I have not used any - I went the cheap DIY route with my setup - I know about the Humminguru and hear people have good results with that, but it costs $500+. There are also machines that are specifically for clearning records that cost in the thousands, but I cannot afford that nor really do I want to pay that much anyway.
