I would like to see an actual presentation with a customer (real or staged) so that i can see how visual aids are presented, tangibles, if there is a walkthrough, paper signing or send through email with docusign and data entry form for MLS. You're right, its about improving and knowing the listing presentation and everything else just comes naturally. Since I started watching your videos I feel prepared and confident in my listing presentations. I've been a buyer's agent for 2 years and wondered why I couldn't get any listings.
