    What I do every morning is I get my coffee , I sit down in my comfy chair with a notepad and a pen and I write my intentions for the day. I actually play positive affirmations that I find on CZcams while I’m doing it. It’s calm and relaxing I do not check my phone. I do not check my email. I do not look at Facebook or any social media. I do not look at the news. I write a page or two of things like I intend to have a great day. I intend to have fun. I intend to have positive interactions with everyone I meet. I am safe. I am protected. I get paid for just being me. I am worthy of happiness. I am worthy of success. I am worthy of peace and so on. All while relaxing affirmations are playing in the background and I set my coffee with my giant, fluffy golden retriever in my comfy chair. I do this from 7 AM to 732. lol. Then I get in the shower and get dressed. Do my make up and start my day. That’s when I look at my email social media and the news. But guess what. I have a great day every day. When I get in bed at night, I practice gratitude. I’m grateful for my comfortable bed. I am grateful that I had a safe day. I’m grateful that my belly is full. I’m grateful that my shower was awesome. I am grateful for my fluffy pillow. I am grateful that this experience happened today and so on. You can come up with 20 things in a few seconds. But that helps you go to sleep nice and happy. Which allows for you to wake up nice and happy. And if you start your day Writing positive things with a positive reinforcement in the background and peace. You’re going to win. It won’t matter what kind of experience you have throughout your day you’re gonna have a great day. If something becomes a challenge, then you will meet that challenge on a much more balanced focused Positive level.

    Using this formula consistently … I say weekly… will certainly get consumers attention. If we want to get attention we have to tell them what they want to know.     35 sign is not enough, 50 signs per open house at a minimum to achieve success. And I'm at my open house till 1AM.

    I’m confused how an agent is showing more than three to five homes and agreeing to continue doing so w/o the BBA signed. How does that benefit the agent if they’ve done this for 3mos, and how is this safe or protective of their license? Are agents really doing that?

    I failed my drivers licence test 6 times, got it on tbe 7th!! I always wanted to be an Air Hostess, failed 2 interviews, and gave up tbe dream.     Love this... I think too that agents come into the business when it is easy.. (2-3% interest rates). I tell agents business no longer fall from the sky and land in your lap.... you need to have a plan.... I think many come in with unrealistic expiation. I actually had an agent tell me... " oh, I thought it was going to be easier..."
